Claims

Tennis court area with a surface unit comprising a plurality of rebounding parts (10) made of rebound-reducing material in the form of elongated, triangular rods with an isosceles-triangular cross-section, said plurality of rebounding parts (10) being arranged parallel to one another on a surface of an outer wall of the tennis court area in such a way that the longitudinal direction of each rebounding part extends vertically, that the sides (16) opposite the back lines (22, 38), each formed by connecting two sides (18, 20) of each rebounding part (10), are brought into contact with the surface of the outer wall either directly or via a strip-shaped part (26), and that the distance between one back line (22, 38) and the next in the adjacent rebounding parts (10) is designed so that it is equal to or not smaller than the diameter of a tennis ball (T).

2. Tennis court according to claim 1, characterized in that a vertical angle (l2) formed by connecting two sides (18, 20) of equal length of each repelling part (10) in cross section is almost right-angled.

Tennis court according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the length of a base line (16) opposite the vertical angle (12), which is formed by connecting two sides (18, 20) of equal length in each repelling part (10) in cross section, is equal to or not less than the diameter of a tennis ball.

4. Tennis court according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the repelling part (10) consists of foam.

5. Tennis court according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the repelling part (10) consists of foam and the surface of the foam is covered with leather.
