Abstract

The switch device allows a position or desk to be supported in a required position relative to a vertical surface to match the requirement of the user. The positon adjustment is effected electromechanically via a drive motor, supplied from the mains via a pair of push-button switches which must be operated simultaneously to allow the motor to be supplied, with an independent safety cut-out for the motor when one or other end position is reached. The control stage is supplied via a transformer and an associated rectifier for connecting the 220V mains supply into a 15V supply fed to an AND logic.
