Eine weitere Verklinkung wird hierbei noch durch die Nasen x bewirkt. Auf diese Weise werden unter Verschwinden jeglicher ungebrochen durch das Mauerwerk hindurchgehenden Fugen alle Platten Leider Wandschalen miteinander verbunden und wird dadurch auch ohne Anwendung von MÖrtel oder einem sonstigen Verbindungsmittel ein fester, seitlichen Drucken widerstehender Verband erzielt, da die Steine der beiden Schalen quer zur Wand einander übergreifen, unter Wahrung des üblichen verbandmäßigen Versetzens der Schichten in den beiden Schalen.The plates k are twice as long as they are wide.
