Abstract

Description

Diese Kartuschen sind aus stabilem Kunststoff gefertigt und bestehen aus einem Rohr, welches auf der einen Seite durch eine Wand mit einer geschlossenen Auslaufdüse verschlossen ist und einem Kolben auf der anderen Seite. Dazwischen befindet sich das zu verarbeitende Material, beispielsweise Silikon. Kurz vor der Verarbeitung in der Dosierpistole wird die geschlossene Auslaufdüse geöffnet und nach dem Auspressen des Inhaltes wird die gesamte Kartusche in den Abfall geworfen. Um die teuren Kartuschen zu sparen und den Abfall zu vermindern, werden heute vielfach die Kunststoffe zum Verkleben oder Verfugen in Schlauchbeuteln geliefert, welche aus dünnem flexiblen Kunststoff bestehen. Eine weitere Möglichkeit der Entleerung besteht darin, die Stirnseite 5 oder ein Teil davon als Sollbruchstelle auszubilden, welche durch den Innendruck der Beutelpackung 4, hervorgerufen durch die Betätigung des Kolben 3, aufgerissen wird.
