Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a blister pack, with a cover plate to which a film hood is attached, with the space between the cover plate and the film hood is intended to accommodate a packaged good, the deck plate on its back surface facing away from the room che is provided with score lines that serve as predetermined breaking points serve when manually pushing through the cover plate.
Such a blister pack is by the CH-PS 560 638 known.
If a packaged product in the blister pack comes with the be packed moisture-proof and odor-proof the predetermined breaking points must not be perforations be formed, but the cover plate may only by Notch lines in the material show weaknesses. Consists the cover plate made of a homogeneous material, e.g. out a plastic, so the score lines as grooves lie, as shown in the aforementioned CH patent. The Manufacturing the score lines present as grooves is hot kel if you consider the often very small total thickness of the Cover plate considered. Manufacturing is becoming even more delicate the score line, however, if the cover plate is made of cardboard, which then form the score lines as die cuts and the cover plate material no longer has a homogeneous structure because it is often different from several layers of fabric There is quality and therefore consistency. If you e.g. a Cardboard thickness of 0.6 mm, you can see how The die cut is difficult to cut through only partially which is this carton thickness. The production-related tole satchel at the depth of the die cut can only be met with great effort.
It will be creating a blister pack for which this problem can be avoided.
The blister pack according to the invention is thereby marked that two more adjacent to the score lines notch lines are present which are located in the front surface che of the cover plate, and that the neighboring Score lines, transverse to their course, offset from one another are.
Through this measure according to the invention now the delicate manufacture of the depth of the score lines as the predetermined breaking point is the cover plate material between the score lines offset from each other serves, so that the predetermined breaking point by the dimension this transfer is given.
Es zeigen:In the drawing there are two exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention. Show it:
Fig. 1 eine Blisterpackung im Schnitt, wobei die Deckplatte aus homogenem Material, z.B. einem Kunst stoff, besteht, Fig. 1 shows a blister pack in section, wherein the cover plate of homogeneous material, a synthetic material, for example, is,
Fig. 2 eine Deckplatte einer zweiten Ausfüh rungsform der Blisterpackung, wobei die Deckplatte aus Karton besteht, und Fig. 2 shows a cover plate of a second embodiment of the blister pack, the cover plate being made of cardboard, and
Fig. 3 shows the part of a cover plate shown in Fig. 2 after it has been pushed through.
The two shown in Figs. 1 and 2 from management forms differ only in the ratio of the amount of displacement of adjacent score lines to Ge total thickness of the cover plate.
The blister pack according to Fig. 1 has a deck plate 1, is fixed to the hood 2 a film. The space 3 between the cover plate 1 and the film hood 2 serves to accommodate a packaged product, not shown. Usually, the film hood 2 consists of a transparent plastic. The front surface 4 of the cover plate 1 is covered with a layer 5 of heat sealing lacquer. The film hood 2 is heat-sealed at the edge regions 6 with the layer 5 and in this way fastened to the cover plate 1 .
The back surface 7 of the cover plate 1 is provided with score lines 8 and 9 as in the aforementioned CH patent specification, which thus represent a weakening of the cover plate material. According to the formation of the blister pack according to the invention, second notch lines 10 and 11 are now also present, which are located in the front surface 4 of the cover plate 1 . The adjacent score lines 9 , 11 and 8 , 10 are, transversely to their course, each other ver sets; the score lines are indeed 8-11 shown in cross section in Figs. 1 and 2, these score lines that are perpendicular to the drawing sheet surface.
In the example according to FIG. 1, the degree of displacement, that is to say the distance between the adjacent score lines 9 and 11 or 8 and 10, is less than the total thickness of the cover plate 1 . When manually pushing the cover plate creates a central area 12 and a Randbe rich 13 , which continues to remain connected to the film hood 2 via the areas 6 . The central region 12 is therefore at least partially removed from the blister pack, so that the packaged goods can then be removed from the room 3 .
The depth of the first score lines 8 and 9 and of the second score lines 10 and 11 is selected such that the adjacent score lines 9 , 11 and 8 , 10 offset one another in terms of their depth. In Fig gur 2 , the degree of overlap 14 is shown. In FIG. 2 it is also shown that the amount of overlap 14 is substantially 1/3 of the cover plate thickness. In the exemplary embodiments shown, each first notch line 8 and 9 extends over a depth which is greater than half the cover plate thickness. In the examples shown, the mutually offset, adjacent notch lines 9 , 11 and 8 , 10 have the same depth, so that the overlap region 14 shown in FIG. 2 lies in the middle of the cover plate thickness. In Fig. 2 it is shown that the first score line 9 has such a depth that a remaining material thickness 15 of the cover plate 1 remains ver. The second score line 11 has a depth such that a remaining material thickness 16 of the cover plate 1 remains. In the example shown, the three regions 14 , 15 and 16 thus have the same thickness.
In the second embodiment according to FIGS 2 and 3 , the cover plate 1 consists of cardboard, which itself consists of a plurality of layers of fabric which extend in a cover plate plane. In the case of such a layered cover plate material, in practice such a degree of lateral displacement between the adjacent score lines 9 and 11 was selected that is approximately twice as large as the total thickness of the cover plate 1 . If the cover plate 1 made of cardboard has a thickness of 0.6 mm, for example, the distance between the two score lines 9 , 11 was then 1.25 mm. The first and second Kerbli lines 8-11 were made in the cardboard cover plate 1 by a die cut.
When the blister pack is opened, that is to say when the cover plate 1 is pressed, so that the central region 12 and the edge region 13 are formed, the material is separated between the adjacent score lines 9 , 11 and 8 , 10 , respectively. If the cover plate 1 consists of cardboard according to FIGS. 2 and 3, the layers of fabric in the area 14 between the two score lines 9 and 11 are separated. It cannot be determined exactly whether the dividing line occurs exactly in half of the area 14 ; 3, for the sake of simplicity, this separation has taken place in the middle of the area 14 according to FIG. 2 . The separating surfaces 17 and 18 have thus arisen. In Fig. 3, the distances 9 'and 11 ' are shown, which have resulted between the central region 12 of the cover plate 1 and the edge region 13 of the cover plate 1 by the score lines 9 and 11 .
The blister pack shown in Figures 1-3 is manufactured in the following manner:
A large cardboard sheet of 80 × 120 cm, for example, is first printed on the front and / or back. The cover plates 1 are later produced from this sheet. The score lines 10 and 11 are now produced by means of a punch cut. Now the entire front of the sheet, that is to say the later front sides 4 of cover plates 1 , is covered with a layer 5 of hot-sealing lacquer, so that the score lines 10 and 11 are also covered by this layer 5 . Now who made the score lines 8 and 9 on the back of said sheet by a die cut. Now who the individual cover plates 1 punched out from the large sheet. Now the packaged goods are introduced into the separately produced film hood 2 , ie the space 3 of the film hood 2 is filled with packaged goods. The cover plate 1 is now placed on the filled film hood 2 and heat-sealed to the areas 6 with it, so that the blister pack is closed.
Diese Herstellung der Blisterpackung hat folgen de Vorteile:This production of the blister pack followed Advantages:
The production of the die cuts 8-11 with regard to their depth with respect to the total thickness of the cover plate 1 is no longer delicate since the predetermined breaking point is no longer determined by this depth. The latter is only determined by the distance between the adjacent punch cuts 8 , 10 and 9 , 11 . This distance (lateral offset of the die cuts) can be maintained very well and results in an effortless value of force that is necessary for pushing through the cover plate, especially if it consists of cardboard. At the predetermined breaking point, the carton (several layers of fabric) is dissolved in the same direction as that in which the carton was formed, namely at right angles to the direction of the fabric layer. This is easier to accomplish in terms of force than separating the layers of fabric in the direction of the fabric layers. Therefore, in the case of a cover plate made of cardboard, the distance between adjacent punch cuts 9 , 11 and 8 , 10 can also be selected, for example, twice as large as the total thickness of the cover plate 1 . Despite the predetermined breaking point to be bridged between adjacent punch cuts (notch lines), the cover plate 1 has a large amount of material serving as a taste barrier or barrier against moisture penetration. What is important is the layer 5 consisting of hot-seal lacquer, which covers the second score lines 10 and 11 . This layer represents an effective barrier so that, for example, moisture and odorous substances cannot diffuse through the fabric layers of the cardboard in the area 14 between adjacent score lines 9 , 11 and 8 , 10 .
