Description
Process for the production of a black enamel lacquer. It is known, organic substances, such as sugar and the like, by means of dehydrating agents (sulfuric acid, Chlorine zinc or the like) to withdraw hydrogen and oxygen to the same extent as these Substances form water. During this process, the carbon substance becomes amorphous deposited, which is suitable for color preparation. The area of use of this Blackness is relatively limited, however, it can be z. B. than in alcohol Do not use soluble varnish. In contrast, it is the subject of the present invention-forming method to produce a blackness of Enamel character, which, among other things, manifests itself primarily as enamel paint that is soluble in alcohol lets use. As practice has shown, this is of high heat resistance, and - after being burned up by acids and alkalis, it will not, or only at least very weakly attacked. A particular advantage of the new process is that that it turns out to be considerably cheaper in its production-like exercise than known processes aimed at making similar products.
According to the invention, a sugar-forming or sugar-containing one Substance except with a dehydrating agent, as with the one described above known method, nozh with any organic substance of phenolic character treated. The method is described below using an example.
After cooling, part as a reaction product in place of the amorphous carbon substance in the known one; initially characterized a doughy, black mass, which on the Acid floats and is insoluble in water. The excreted mass can easily removed from the acid below and washed out. The product is easily soluble in certain solvents such as alcohol, wood spirit or the like and forms a coating that quickly becomes exposed to the air in a deep black high gloss dries. The latter does not suffer even if the paint is heated to a high temperature. The heat resistance of the enamel varnish obtained in this way is so great, that his burning down of metals, even heated to a red heat, does not take place.
In the new process, the reaction acid is used for the next operation used again and again, for example in such a way that 20 to 30 parts of the residual acid ro parts of fresh concentrated sulfuric acid are added. In this way considerable amounts of expensive acid are saved and the process is cheaper. One a further increase in acid savings can be brought about, for example, by that the molasses water-binding substances such. B. raw sugar, starch or similar mixtures, can be added.
Verii endeng finden.Repeated use of the acid turns it into high-quality salts They enriched the molasses. withdraws. In this state it can be used for dune purposes in the farmer L ' s @ liaft una to tie Amninniak u, @ v. Verii find ending.
