Die Erfindung hat zum Ziel, die chromhaltigen Imprägnierungen durch solche mit besserer Alterungsbeständigkeit zu ersetzen. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß anstelle von Chromaten Vanadate in der Imprägnierung verwendet werden. Werden Kupfercarbonat und Alkalivanadat zusammen auf einem Träger, z.B.
