Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Strumpfes auf dem flachen Kulierwirkstuhl. Auf dem flachen Kulierwirkstuhl werden hauptsächlich zwei Arten von Strümpfen hergestellt, und zwar diejenigen mit englischem Fuß und mit französischem Fuß.Process for the production of a stocking on the flat knitting loom. Zur Herstellung des Strumpfes dient folgendes Arbeitsverfahren Zunächst wird der Längen a mit den Fersenteilen b und dem Fußoberteil c (Abb. i und 3) in der bei Strümpfen mit englischem Fuß üblichen Art gearbeitet, nur mit dem Unterschied, daß sich im vorliegenden Falle das bekannte Verfahren bloß bis zum Beginn der Fußspitze bei e' erstreckt. Es wird nun statt der englischen Fußspitze die französische Fußspitze gearbeitet, welche statt der bei dem englischen Fuß üblichen Breite e, die Breite n des Längens (Abb. i) erhält. Der Anfang der Fußspitze, welche aus einigen Maschenreihen von d' bis d besteht, wird aus drei Teilen gebildet, und zwar dem mittleren Teil c und den beiden Seitenteilen d', e'. An die letzte Reihe bei d schließt sich dann die von da ab in ihrer ganzen Breite aus nur einem Teil f bestehende französische Fußspitze an, deren Herstellungsweise an sich ebenfalls bekannt ist.The following working method is used to manufacture the stocking.First, the length a is worked with the heel parts b and the upper part c (Figs Proceed only to the beginning of the toe at e '. Nun werden die Maschenreihen d', e' (Abb. i), welche zum Aufstoßen benötigt worden sind, aufgetrennt, so daß nur noch die Reihe e, d, e (Abb. 2) vorhanden ist. Diese Reihe e, d, e, deren Breite mit derjenigen des Fußoberteiles c übereinstimmt, dient nun als Anfang für den bei Strümpfen mit englischem Fuß an sich bekannten Sohlenteil g, welcher sich bis zur Linie k erstreckt (Abb. 2) und vor seinem Ende mehrmals ausgedeckt wird, um den sogenannten Fußteil zu erhalten.After completion of the toe, the resulting part of the goods is blasted off by the length machine and transferred to a sole machine.
