of compressed air impact tools, from hollow bodies. , The invention relates to
Auxiliary tools for removing bushes, in particular anvil bushings from compressed air striking tools,
of hollow bodies, the clear width of which at their narrowest point is at most equal to
clear width of the can. The subject of the invention is an auxiliary tool
of this type, which is characterized by the simplicity and robustness of the construction.
In the drawing, Fig. X shows a longitudinal section through the working cylinder of a
Compressed air tool, in which a
Embodiment of the subject matter of the invention
The auxiliary tool for removing the die is inserted, and Fig.
2 shows a section according to 2-2 of Fig. I, seen from above.
In the front end of the working cylinder A of the compressed air tool
an inside and outside cylindrical anvil bushing B is pressed in, the inside diameter
ir._ is known to be larger than the inside diameter of the one behind it
Cylinder part at its narrowest point a l, so that the dö "perbüchse in the case of a
Damage is not easily done with the aid of an inserted into cylinder A from the rear
Dorns can be knocked out. To enable removal of the die,
if this is provided with a recess on the inside at its rear end,
through the exposed one facing the rear end of the Pr @ ßluftwerkzeuges
Support surface b1 for an auxiliary tool used to remove the anvil bushing
is created. This tool consists of a three-part sleeve C and a
Mandrel D, which at one end has a stepped piece that fits into the bushing
Pin dl is provided. Each of the three disconnected from the spike D.
Parts of the sleeve C are provided with a flange intended for contact with the bearing surface b1 of the die head
cl provided. The dimensions of the individual parts of the sleeve C are chosen so that
that the parts one after the other in the axial direction with the flange cl first from the front
can be inserted into the anvil bushing B. The pin dl of the mandrel D has on his
free end a conically tapered part d2, which is the introduction of the pin
dl into the bush C introduced in the specified manner into the Döpperbüchse B.
If the anvil bushing B is to be removed from the cylinder A , the three parts of the bushing C are inserted in the axial direction in the axial direction into the anvil bushing B until the flanges cl engage behind the bearing surface b1 of the anvil bushing B. Then the mandrel D is inserted with the pin dl first into the sleeve C from the rear end of the cylinder. In this case, if still necessary, the individual parts of the sleeve C are shifted outward in the radial direction by the conically tapered part d2 of the mandrel D until the flanges cl lie completely on the bearing surface bi. At the end of the movement, the mandrel D, with the ring surface located between its rear shaft part and the offset pin dl, rests on the sleeve C, which is now resting with its inner wall on the pin dl. The sleeve B is then removed from the cylinder A by hammering or by pressing the rear part of the shaft of the mandrel D.
It is of course not necessary that the sleeve C should be in three parts
is, but it would also suffice if it is in two parts.
