Abstract

The packing case for chocolate bars and the like comprises a lower part with base wall, sides, back and front and connected to the cover part which has a lid wall. The lower part on the one hand and the lid part on the other consist of separate blanks wherein the lid is fixed to the back wall of the lower part by at least one flap which has a swivel line. The flap of the lid can be attached to the outside of the lower part back wall by adhesive or the like. One or more spacers can be provided on the inner wall to define the useful depth of the interior within a certain range.
