Abstract

Die Hüftgelenkprothese nach Fig. 1 umfaßt einen schalenförmigen Gelenkteil 1, der mittels eines Tragteiles 2 an einem Hüftknochen 3 befestigt ist. Der schalenförmige Gelenkteil 1 wirkt mit einem kugelförmigen Gelenkteil 4 zusammen. Der Gelenkteil 4 ist auf das Ende eines als metallische Federzunge ausgebildeten federnden Elementes 5 aufgesetzt. Das federnde Element 5 sitzt an einem Tragteil 6, der in einen Wadenknochen 7 implantiert ist. Er ist also an dem Tragteil angeordnet, über den die Stoßbelastung auf die Gelenkprothese übertragen wird.
