Abstract

Zufolge solcher Ausgestaltung ist ein gattungsgemäßer Abkleb streifen einfacher Herstellung und hohen Gebrauchswerts erzielt: Spezielle, meist verteuernde Fertigungsverfahren entfallen. Vielmehr kann auf handelsübliches Material zurück gegriffen werden. Entsprechend fällt die Nachlieferung unkompliziert aus. Vor allem ist eine Lösung gefunden, die über den Weg der Integration bzw. Zusammenführung solcher Klebestreifen erreicht wird. Konkret wird dabei so vorgegan gen, daß der Abklebstreifen aus zwei einseitig kleberbe schichteten Klebestreifen gebildet ist, die mit ihren Klebe schichten aufeinanderliegen und sich mit entsprechenden Randbereichen über eine Teilbreite einander überlappen. Die ohnehin vorhandenen Klebeschichten schaffen in einfacher Weise den Haftverbund beider abklebstreifenbildender Kompo nenten. Die abdeckungsfrei gebliebenen Randbereiche schaffen den Haftverbund einerseits mit dem Gegenstand und anderer seits mit dem Abdeckmaterial. Letzteres kann in seiner Größe frei gewählt werden. Dies gilt auch im Hinblick auf die Materialart. Im allgemeinen kommt eine im Handel erhältliche Folie zur Anwendung. Natürlich kann auch Packpapier oder auch Zeitungspapier Verwendung finden. Andererseits ist bei einer entsprechenden Abklebestreifen-Struktur der Vorteil gegeben, daß man den Streifen partiell frei hintergreifen kann. Denn der Rücken der in Richtung des Abdeckmateriales weisenden Klebeschicht haftet nicht am Gegenstand. Die Lagen verbundtechnik läßt auch die Möglichkeit offen, Klebestrei fen unterschiedlicher Breite einzusetzen. So ist für das exakte Kantenabkleben z. B. ein breiterer Streifenabschnitt erforderlich, während dann die kleinere Abschnittsbreite dem das Abdeckmaterial rücklings tragenden Klebestreifen vorbe halten ist. Hier erweisen sich größere Klebebreiten als Vorteil, wenn vor allem schwerere Bahnen zugeordnet werden sollen. Andererseits spielt bei der Auswahl der Klebestrei fen natürlich auch die Struktur des Gegenstandes eine Rolle (z. B. Putz oder Glas). Weiter bringt die Erfindung in Vor schlag, daß die Klebestreifen aus unterschiedlichem Trägerma terial bestehen. Gedacht ist hier beispielsweise an eine Kombination aus textiles Trägermaterial aufweisendem Klebe streifenmaterial und solchem aus Papier, Kunststoffolie. Auch ist eine Individualisierung dahingehend möglich, daß die Klebestreifen unterschiedliche Klebeintensität besitzen. Um bei gutem Zusammenhalt des Laminats trotzdem eine mög lichst große Klebe-Nutzfläche bereitzustellen, wird vorge schlagen, daß die Überlappungszone kleiner als die halbe Breite der Klebestreifen ist. Eine baulich vorteilhafte Abklebvorrichtung zum Aufbringen eines Abklebstreifens, mit einem mit Handgriff versehenen Träger, besteht in vorteilhaf ter Weise darin, daß an dem Träger zwei drehbar gelagerte Klebestreifenrollen parallel zueinander sowie in Achsrich tung gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind, wobei der Ver satz der Breite der Überlappungszone entspricht, und daß die eine Klebestreifenrolle an ihrer Wickellagenaußenseite und die andere Klebestreifenrolle an ihrer Wickellageninnenseite mit Kleber beschichtet ist. Erreicht ist die entsprechende gegeneinandergerichtete Kleberschichtenlage durch Änderung des Wickelsinns hinsichtlich der einen Rolle. Weiter bringt die Erfindung in diesem Zusammenhang in Vorschlag, daß die beiden Klebestreifenrollen derart versetzt zueinander verla gert sind, daß der von der griffseitigen Klebestreifenrolle abgezogene Klebestreifen mit der einen Randkante der austrag seitigen Klebestreifenrolle zusammenwirkt und diese unter Mitnahme des Klebestreifens tangiert. Der einmal auf dem abzuklebenden Gegenstand haftende Anfangsbereich zieht unter Entfernen bzw. Verlagern der Abklebvorrichtung den Abdeckstreifen unter Zusammenführung der Komponenten einwand frei aus der Vorrichtung heraus. Es bedarf keines Fremdan triebs. Auch ist die Richtungstreue der einzelnen Klebestrei fen einwandfrei. Um dabei eine bequeme Handhabung sicherzu stellen, die insbesondere auf komplizierte Wendemanöver der Abklebvorrichtung verzichtet, also das gewohnte bequeme von oben nach unten Ziehen möglich ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß eine weitere, dritte Klebestreifenrolle an dem Träger dreh bar gelagert ist, deren Klebeband mit der anderen Randkante des Klebestreifens der austragseitigen Klebebandrolle zusam menwirkt. Mit anderen Worten, diese Lösung ist für den Rechts-Links-Betrieb einsetzbar. Bei rechtsseitiger Ab klebung wird die rechtsseitige Klebestreifenrolle benutzt, bei linksseitiger die entsprechend linksseitige Klebestrei fenrolle; in beiden Fällen kann so bequem von oben nach unten gearbeitet werden, ohne also die Abklebvorrichtung wenden zu müssen. Um einerseits eine mög lichst raumparallele Lage der Rollen sicherzustellen, ande rerseits aber eine stabile und doch preisgünstige Abklebvor richtung zu erzielen, wird in Weiterbildung vorgeschlagen, daß der Träger im wesentlichen plattenförmig ausgebildet ist und auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten die beiden griff seitigen Klebestreifenrollen lagert. Auf diese Weise ergibt sich zugleich eine ausgewogene, gleichberechtigte Betäti gungskräfte aufnehmende Bauform. Eine gedrungene, ggf. eine Lagerung auf einer Achse ermöglichende Zuordnung der Klebe streifenrollen ergibt sich, wenn die beiden griffseitigen Klebestreifenrollen coaxial zueinanderliegen. Der entspre chend handhabungsgünstige Aufbau bleibt auch weiter dadurch erhalten, daß der Handgriff in der Plattenebene angeordnet ist.
