Nach Her­ stellung der Zwischenschicht wird die das Erzeugnis tragende Formhälfte in jedem Fall geschlossen, damit über der als Dekorschicht dienenden Außenhaut und der aus Kunststoffschaum bestehenden Zwischenschicht Hohl­ räume vorhanden sind, in die der spritzfähige und aushärtende Kunststoff zur Bildung der Trägerschicht eingebracht wird. Zur Herstellung des mehrlagigen Erzeugnisses bzw. Schichtkörpers sind somit nur noch wenige und unkomplizierte Einzelmaßnahmen notwendig, bei deren Durchführung ferner kaum Bedienungs- oder Handhabungsfehler auftreten können.
