Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaltvorrichtung für Filmstreifen in Aufnahmekinematographen. The invention relates to a switching device for film strips in recording cinematographs.

Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgäbe ist die, bei Apparaten mit Filmstreifen geringer Länge (io bis 20 m) die Vor- und Nachwickelrollen fortfallen zu lassen. Zu diesem Zwecke übt das absatzweise wirkende Schaltglied seinen Zug unmittelbar auf die Abwickelspule A aus. Wenn keine besondere Vorrichtung vorgesehen wäre, würde man so kein vollkommenes Feststehen des kinematographischen Bildes erhalten. Deshalb wird gemäß der Erfindung der Vorschub durch ein System von Sperrgreifern geregelt, deren Breite genau gleich der Breite der Filmlöcher ist und die in diese Löcher genau dann eingreifen, wenn der Film stillsteht, und genau dann wieder heraustreten, wenn der Film seine Abwärtsbewegung beginnt. Man hat solche Greifer schon angewendet, die Erfindung beschränkt sich deshalb auf die Anwendung derartiger Greifer bei Schaltwerken ohne Vor- und Xachwickelrolle.The object on which the invention is based is to dispense with the pre-winding and post-winding rollers in apparatuses with film strips of small length (10 to 20 m). Das absatzweise wirkende Schaltglied C, das im allgemeinen aus einer Zahnrolle besteht, die durch ein Malteserkreuz angetrieben wird, übt seinen Zug unmittelbar auf die Vorratsspule A aus. Unter diesen Bedingungen übt der Film auf die Mitnehmertrommel einen Zug aus, und so schwach auch das Spiel dieser Trommel auf ihrer Achse sein mag, so genügt dieses Spiel doch, um den Film mehr oder weniger zurückgehen zu lassen. Um die Bewegung zu regeln, sind demgemäß zwischen Spule A und Mitnehmer C zwei an sich bekannte Sperrgreifer P und P' angeordnet (s. Abb. 2), die durch einen Nocken Z angetrieben werden und in die Filmlöcher genau dann eintreten, wenn der Film anhält, und genau dann heraustreten, wenn der Film seine Abwärtsbewegung beginnt. Diese Greifer, deren Breite genau gleich der Breite der Löcher ist, bringen den Film genau in seine Lage.
