Einzelantrieb.
Die Eigenart der Antriebsweise von mecha-
nischen Webstühlen, insbesondere die hin und
her gehende Bewegung fast aller Webstuhl-
bestandteile, machte die Schaffung einer be-
sonderen Type des Webstuhlmotors notwendig,
die durch ein hohes Anzugsmoment gekenn-
zeichnet ist. Dadurch war das Problem des
elektrischen Einzelantriebes für die sogenannten
leichten oder schmalen raschlaufenden Web-
stühle aber keineswegs für die schwereren
breiten langsam gehenden Webstühle gelöst.
Sofern solche '@Ä7ebstühle elektrisch einzeln an-
in bekannter Weise gekuppelt. Die Einrichtung
zum Ein- und Ausrücken des Webstuhles be-
steht nach vorliegender rfindung darin, daß
die Ein- und Ausschaltung des Motors zeitlich
mit dem Ein- und Ausrücken des Webstuhles
nicht zusammenfällt, sondern diesem stets
vorausgeht. Hierdurch wird erzielt, daß die
Schwungmasse sich zuerst beschleunigen kann
und eine genügende lebendige Kraft erhält, um
bei dem darauffolgenden Schließen der Kupp-
lung das erforderliche Anzugsmoment zu haben.
Beim Ausrücken hat das vorhergehende
Ausschalten des Motors die Aufgabe, die in
der Schwungmasse aufgespeicherte lebendige
Kraft zur ruckweisen Bewegung des Webstuhles
auszunutzen, welche bei Fadenbrüchen, beim
Schußsuchen, beim Schäfteziehen u. dg1. not-
Drehstrommotor :11.
Beim Aus-
rücken (Rechtsbewegung der Ausrückstange i)
nimmt der Anschlag 12 zuerst die Knagge io
mit (Ausschalten des Motors), - worauf das
linke Ende des Schlitzes 3 den Zapfen 18 mit-
nimmt oder der Weber hierbei verweilen kann,
um die lebendige Kraft des Schwungrades bei
geschlossener Kupplung auszunutzen.
Device for engaging and disengaging looms with individual electric drive. The peculiarity of the drive mode of mechanical
niche looms, especially the here and there
moving movement of almost all loom
components, made the creation of a popular
special type of loom motor necessary,
which are characterized by a high tightening torque
is drawn. This made the problem of the
electric single drive for the so-called
light or narrow, high-speed weaving
but by no means sit for the heavier ones
wide slow-moving looms loosened.
If such chairs are electrically individually
are driven, this is done by one
Motor, which during the loom still
was not turned off or only after
Turning off the loom,
whereby the only advantage of the
playful individual drive, namely the electricity
savings during the loom standstill and
Reduction of idle work, goes away.
The present invention aims, the
electric single drive the operation of the
wide or heavy looms
and with the advantage of saving electricity
rend of the loom stoppage.
The wide chairs are known to have one
Flywheel; which to overcome the
Dead points and to achieve the tightening
moments with the transmission drive
end of the loom still running. To
present invention, this swing
mass with the electric motor through a suitable
nes traction means (belt, chain or
Gears) connected and with the loom
coupled in a known manner. The establishment
to move the loom in and out
according to the present invention it means that
the switching on and off of the motor in time
with the moving in and out of the loom
does not coincide, but this always
precedes. This ensures that the
The flywheel can accelerate first
and get enough vigor to do
with the subsequent closing of the coupling
to have the required tightening torque.
When moving out, the previous one has

required to use the loom as in the

to be able to, so that according to the present invention
the weaver closes the loom in the same way
as with the transmission drive can operate.
Figs. A and b represent an in and
Release device in one embodiment
for example, namely Fig. a in elevation,
Fig. B in plan. A prerequisite is
Three-phase motor: 11.
The wooden release bar r, which is used in the-
like looms almost universally present
is, carries a sleeve 2 with a slot 3 and
ends in a rod a, which is in a bearing 5
is led. The loom counter is on
a pin 7 and can by means of a lever 8,
the two lugs 9 and io has controlled
will. The control is done by the
on the rod 4 seated stops ii and 12,
which are rotatable about bolts 13 and 14 and
are tensioned by the spring 15 that they
can swing apart, but by adjusting
iron - not shown in the drawing -
are prevented from swinging inwards. Of the
Stop ii therefore takes after the catch g
left with (switching on the motor), whereupon the
Stop i2 through the lug io to the right
is pushed, but this when going to the right
the release rod r also to the right with
takes (switching off the engine), whereupon the
Stop ii through the catch g to the left
is urging.
The engagement of the loom (closing
the coupling) is done by means of the
existing release shaft 16, crank 17 with PTO
fen 18, which is only taken away
when the right end of the slot 3 is in
handle is coming. Partly by the length of this
Slit, partly due to the length of time you linger
at the point of intervention the weaver has it in the
Hand to start the loom when that
Flywheel has accelerated sufficiently.
After the engagement has been completed, the
strike i2 to the left of the pin io, the tenon
18 at the right end of the slot. When leaving
move (clockwise movement of the release rod i)
the stop 12 takes the lug io first
with (switching off the motor), - whereupon that
left end of the slot 3 the pin 18 with-
takes or the weaver can linger here,
contributes to the vital force of the flywheel
to utilize closed clutch.
The lever ig, which can be rotated around the bolt i3
carries a pin 20 and a joint 21,
which one to the left with a string or one
Leather strap 22, to the right with a slit
stalk 23 in the joint 2.4 of the stop
lever i2 is attached. The spring 15 acts
therefore also on this linkage and holds
the pin 20 in the position shown
outside the slot -). By tightening the
Cord 22 (to the left) enters the tenon2o
your slot,,; and engages around the pin 18,
which therefore all movements of the release
stange r must participate. At the same time will
the stop I'2 pushed to the right and from
the lug is removed so that the right
gear of the release rod i of the engine switch 6
remains in its position and the engine continues
runs. Instead of the slotted stem 23 and
of the joint 2, f can also be a with the lever ig
connected lever arm, which extra the
Bolt 14 is used, which
the stop 12 moves forward and thereby
removed from the Knagge io.
