weiträumige Anlage, da beide Fördermittel unter den Bunker geführt werden müssen;
wahlweise hinleiteten. Derartige Wechselklappen sind aber im Betriebe unsicher,
namentlich bei grobstückigem
Schüttgut. Außerdem bedingen solche
Auslässe mit Wechselklappe eine ziemlich große Bauhöhe.Bunker system for bulk goods. In the case of bunker systems for bulk goods
often the task is that the goods can either be transferred to one of two funds
who should forward it according to certain points. For example, the good of
the bunker with one conveyor to a storage place and with the other
brought to a ship loading facility. It can also be the case that the two
Funding should create the property in the same place and that one funding
should serve as a substitute if the other fails for any reason. The funding
Continuous conveyors, conveyor tracks or the like can be. One has the task of ibisher
solved in such a way that one provided the bunker with two separate outlets, their
everyone used one of the funds. However, this solution required quite one
spacious facility, as both funds have to be guided under the bunker;
however, there is often not enough space for this. Another solution was to
that the bunker was only given one outlet and in this outlet there was an interchangeable flap
or a change valve arranged, which the material to two different outlet openings
optionally directed. Such interchangeable flaps are unsafe in operation,
especially in the case of large pieces
Bulk material. In addition, such require
Outlets with interchangeable flap have a fairly large overall height.
According to the invention, all these deficiencies are thereby in the simplest possible manner
avoided that as a Bunkerabzapfvorrichtung a steady conveyor with reversible
Sense of conveyance serves, on the middle of which the goods are abandoned from the bunker and from
the ends of which it is forwarded to one of the other two funds.
Continuous conveyors with reversible conveying direction, which consist in their midst
a feed hopper are charged, are known per se. But they have served so far
for the purpose of keeping the goods as evenly as possible over a certain area
to distribute, e.g. B. to spread the goods in silos, solution containers and the like.
The continuous conveyor according to the invention, however, has to fulfill a completely different task.
It only serves as a dispensing device and for the optional transfer of the bulk material
on the main funds, which are mutually exclusive at both ends.
The invention is shown in the drawing in two exemplary embodiments. The bunker is marked with a. It is filled, for example, from a track running over it by means of a wagon tipper. From the bunker, the bulk material should optionally be transferred to one of two conveyors, one of which is, for example, a conveyor track b, the other a bucket elevator c (Fig. I) or also a conveyor track b (Fig. 2). According to the invention, a continuous conveyor d with a reversible direction of conveyance serves as the dispensing device for the bunker. The material to be conveyed is placed in the middle of the conveyor d from the bunker a and is forwarded from its ends, depending on the direction of conveyance, either to the conveyor track b or to the bucket elevator c or the conveyor track hl.
As can be seen from the drawing, the continuous conveyor needs d
only to be as long as it takes to get the bulk material out of the bunker onto the two
To be able to submit main funding. So it already differs outwardly
from the above-mentioned, per se known continuous conveyors with reversible conveying sense,
which always have a certain linear expansion. The system according to the invention is different
but also differ from these known promoters in terms of their technical mode of operation.
Namely occurs in the one conveyor, for example in the conveyor track b after
Fig. 2, if a fault occurs, the other conveyor track b1 can represent the first.
This possibility of replacing one funding means with the other is at
not possible with the known continuous conveyors with reversible conveying direction. Would
a disturbance occurs with such a conveyor on one conveyor branch, see above
As a rule, the entire system, including the second branch of funding, is likely to be unusable
be.
As can also be seen from the drawing, the system has after
the invention has the particular advantage that both the height and the width
turn out to be small, at least smaller than a bunker with two separate ones
Outlets or with an outlet and with an interchangeable flap could have been achieved.
For example, you can choose from: the single-row bunker system as shown in Fig. 2, two blast furnaces
supply by means of a bucket conveyor, which comes into question if the site is for
two rows of bunkers is not wide enough. By arranging the bunker support
between the two tracks there is a very narrow overall layout.
A particular embodiment of the invention is also shown in Fig. Z. It consists in the fact that in the immediate vicinity of the Bunkerabzapfvorrichturig d a connection between the two main conveying means b and c is made. It is formed, for example, by the filling funnel e and the dispensing device f. So if the conveyor track b leads to a storage area and the bucket elevator c leads to a ship loading system, this connection e, f can also be used to convey from the storage area to the ship loading system. The result is an overall system that is very advantageous from a technical and economic point of view.
