zwecks leichter Bedienung vereinigt.
liegt. The subject of the invention is a truck coupling which has the advantage
As short as possible of the coupling with the advantage of the greatest mobility of the coupling elements
united for ease of use. The coupling hook is placed so that it
neither the railway superstructure nor the shaft timbering can grasp and damage.
These advantages are achieved by having the hook on two at right angles to the carriage axis
Support members is suspended, which penetrate the hook in two eyes. Furthermore, the
Coupling ring of. carried by the back of the hook that is between the two suspension links
lies.
Abb. ι eine Seitenansicht bei hängendem eingekuppelten Zustande,The hook is expediently designed in such a way that the part of the back of the hook carrying the suspension eyes is bent out of the hook plane and that it is saddle-like and bent out of the eye plane. In this way, the coupling ring carried by this back part has a good, yet free, movable mounting, while the non-coupled hook assumes a vertically downward position when the coupling is stretched. It is not a hindrance when coupling and uncoupling the coupling ring carried by it with the neighboring hook and hangs diagonally inwards when the coupling is hanging down, whereby the coupling is shortened in the rest position.

In
Fig. 3 is a plan for Fig. 2.
Figures 4 through 9 show details.
The suspension springs d, d 1 are suspended from the pull bar l · of the trolley α by means of the bolt c. These carry the hook e in such a way that the hook plane is perpendicular to the central longitudinal plane of the car (Fig. 3). The tip of the hook / can be bent out of the plane (Fig. 6), also] it can be secured with a nose k (Fig. 3). The eyes h, which are penetrated by the support members d, d 1 , lie in a horizontally guided part i of the back of the hook, and this part is bent out of the hook plane, as FIG. 7 shows. It is also indented like a saddle and in this indentation between the links d } d 1 carries the coupling ring g, the plane of which coincides with the central longitudinal plane of the car. In the indentation, the coupling ring finds a good and specific storage. When the coupling is tensioned (Fig. 2), the hook that is not coupled to the neighboring car assumes a vertical position. If the coupling is de-energized and the uncoupled hook hangs loosely, it comes into an inclined position (Fig. 1 left;) which shortens the coupling.
Abb. 8

Aufrißstellung zu Abb. 8.In order to make the design of the hook with its back clearer, the hook is shown in planar form in Fig. 4. Fig. 5 shows the curvature of the eye plane around the axis x, y of Fig. 4.Fig. 6 shows the origin of the hook in that one of the eyes h on the back of the hook is bent towards the other eye, around the cranking of the Back i initiate. Fig. 7 shows how the curved eye is bent back again towards this bend, so that three bends remain, but both eyes are again in the same plane. Fig. 8 shows the finished hook in plan to represent Fig. 7. Fig. 9 shows the elevation of Fig. 8.
