Abstract

1. A volleyball net support extending parallel to the net (3), with the upper end thereof having fastening means (2) to hold one end of the net (3) and with the lower end thereof having ground anchor means (4), said support being characterized in that it comprises a bracket the lower end of which is offset outwards with respect to its upper end, and in that the fastening means (2) include a vertical sleeve (5) integral with the upper end of the bracket (1) and a column (6) slidably mounted in the sleeve, said column having upper (7) and lower (8) securing members to hold the corresponding end of the net (3).
