Verriegelungsvorrichtung für Fördergestelle und Förderwagen in Blindschächten,
Bremsbergen u. dgl.
leicht zu.Locking device for conveyor racks and trolleys in blind shafts,
Brake mountains and the like. The invention has a locking device for blind shaft
and brake systems and the like. To the subject, through which the lock in known
Way happens that a longitudinally displaceable bolt with an angular-bent
Part blocks the shaft passage in one position and the car inlet in the other.
The longitudinally displaceable movement of the bolt shaft is in systems of this type
accomplished by being coupled to the rotation of the shaft, and
by virtue of a steep thread guide: that has the disadvantage of unreliability.
The thread lies under the trickling conveyed material and it settles through silting
easy to.
These disadvantages are avoided by the invention, namely by
that the bolt shaft is mounted longitudinally displaceably in a smooth guide, while
the angled end of the bolt two opposite, offset against each other
Owns resting. The entry or exit of trolleys is only possible if the
The latch is in the detent that causes the conveyor frame to be blocked. On the other hand
the shaft passage is only released while the track remains closed.
In the drawing, the locking device is in two end positions
shown. Fig.r shows the cage in the locked position, while in
Fig. 2 the approach track is locked.
In the drawing, a represents the shaft, b the cage and c the stop track for the trolley. A slidable bolt f is attached to the wooden block d of the stop and has an arm g bent at right angles and designed as a handle. The bolt f is held by clamp straps h and can i in a slot-like guide. slide, which is provided with side incisions h and in. In the position shown in Fig. R, the bolt f is pushed forward and the arm g is folded into the front slot h. The cage is now locked and track c is free so that the car can roll onto the cage. If the basket is to be exposed, the arm g of the bolt must first be brought into the upright position, whereupon the bolt is pushed back. Then the arm g is turned into the opposite horizontal position so that it engages in the cutout:, in the guide, as shown in Fig. 2. The stop track is blocked. If, on the other hand, the short arm g of the bolt remains in the upright position, an advancement of a trolley is also prevented, since the car body would hit the arm g.
