Abstract

The chimney insert serves for renewing domestic and industrial chimneys with a flue gas capacity for boilers up to 1000 kW. It is produced in one piece in tubular special steel and is introduced into the chimney to be renewed by means of a building crane. Around the special steel tube is a water cooling jacket with dished ends and a helical water flow pipe is welded in from the bottom to the top inside the jacket.
