Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a solar system according to the Preamble of claim 1.
Such a solar system is already known at the mirror film can be rolled and swiveled so that a certain uniaxial sun tracking for the rollba ren mirror films is present. Tracking the game Gel film, however, requires considerable effort and egg NEN heavy wear, so that the mirror film more often must be replaced (US 43 16 448). The mirrors surfaces are only on the north edge of the absorber arranged surface.
In another solar system of this type, the mirrors are surfaces can only be pivoted on the south edge of the absorber consolidates. The panning work does not serve the son tracking, but at night the mirror is over the absorber surface swiveled to protect it from rain, snow, To protect hail etc. This plant also shows how the The previous disadvantage is that the mirror is early in the morning and are not effective late at night because the mirror surfaces only have the width of the absorber surfaces (JP-OS 58/2 13 158).
US 38 41 302).It is also a salt heat storage with rigid mirrors known that one end wall in the east and one in the west points, which can consist of mirror film. This is ever but very complex and has to go through numerous reinforcements be held in their position to shade the he throw warm water surface (US 43 26 498). Another Solar collector is biaxial, which means that the disadvantage is compensated for that the opening angle relatively small between the mirror surfaces is. The effort for two-axis trackable systems is as is known, however, very high, and such systems are also susceptible to wear and failure (DE-OS 25 23 479). The same also applies to another system on the roof of a building Building is arranged and a pivoting mirror the south edge has. Incidentally, here is a biaxial Sun tracking is not provided, so that due to ver relatively small opening angle makes this system practical can only work around noon (US 38 41 302).
US 45 13 734).Finally, there are also solar systems in which the Mirror on the side facing away from the sun at a distance of the absorber are arranged so that this is the reflection receives most of the radiation from the north. For this is the floor space requirement increases greatly because of the distance about a third between the absorber and the mirror surface the absorber width should be. Constrained at noon the absorber gently casts strong shadows on the mirrors areas north of the absorber, so that this is not so far is usable. In one case there is a bend in the extending east and west Mirrors provided through the sun in the morning and evening to be thrown onto the collector. if the If the bend is omitted, the total is reduced Amount of solar energy that can be collected (DE-OS 25 57 843). Another solar system of this type shows no bending the mirror, but a strong rectilinear extension of the same to the east and west. This is the mirror surface in the exemplary embodiment 12 × as large as the absorber area. However, it becomes little more than double Amount of energy only between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. won in the afternoon in high summer (US 45 13 734).
The invention has for its object a Solaran layer with mirrors and absorber surfaces and / or solar cells len to equip, where not only the directly encounter de solar radiation is used, but also in the morning early and evening sun rays falling late without that any sun tracking the mirrors or the Ab sorber surfaces is provided.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe dienen die kennzeichnenden Merk male des Anspruchs 1.The characteristic note serves to solve this task male of claim 1.
This means that there is additional sunshine, especially in the morning and evening radiation used without the effect of the mirror at noon or at other times by some kind of shading is disabled. Furthermore, the floor space requirement or otherwise Space requirements increased only slightly.
Fig. 1 shows an industrial solar system that serves to increase the temperature of the return line of a district heating network in a city. Here, 1000 m 2 vacuum panels with absorbers 2 on the supports 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 to a spaced above the Bo in a single horizontal plane next to and behind each other. It is a superstructure of a double-track railway, the distance a must be large accordingly. But this also shows the advantage that the height of the supports a the system comes out of the shadows of other buildings, in addition, the railroad tracks are completely free from snow and hail. The arrangement on one level means that the individual collectors cannot shade each other, and the system is of course very compact. This has already been stated and therefore does not have to be explained in more detail to the person skilled in the art.
The subject of the invention now shows, for example, as a supporting element 3 a board terwand over the northernmost support 8 , which is held in position by supports 9, 10, 11 and is secured against storm ge. The south side of the board wall is provided with a mirror surface 1 , which may be a mirror foil or a reflective metal sheet such as a non-rusting chrome-nickel sheet. But it is also possible that the mirror surface 1 is formed by industrial mirror gel glass, which, however, is the most complex solution. However, the person skilled in the art is aware that mirror glass does not even cause ½ the cost of vacuum collectors per m 2 .
The angle α between the absorbers 2 of the collector field and the mirror surface 1 is chosen equal to 90 ° here. The maximum radiation at midday is known to be around 60 ° midday on June 21 in our latitudes. Only the middle beam is shown, the person skilled in the art can understand that the radiation arrives over the entire mirror surface 1 . We now know that the angle of incidence in relation to the flat surface is equal to the angle of reflection. Then the highest 60 ° center beam is thrown onto the collector field, if only on the right part of it, like the 10 ° beam, which is also shown. However, this strikes the left end of the collector field, so that with α = 90 ° the 10 ° radiation would partially extend beyond the collector field. However, this can be prevented by choosing the angle α smaller, for example = 80 °. In this case, the entire 10 ° radiation would still hit the collector field fully, while the 60 ° radiation would additionally heat the collector field.
This is completely independent of the rest of the expert known mode of action, so that this is a absolutely additional radiation exposure acts, so that a corresponding additional power of the collector field is generated.
Since in this case the mirror surface 1 is only arranged on the northern edge of the collector array, shading of the absorber 2 of the collector array can never occur as a result.
Even if one selected α = 70 °, the entire radiation would still hit the collector field, at least around noon. In this case, the height h of the mirror surface 1 could even be increased significantly. The person skilled in the art will understand that the ratio of the width b to the height h is decisive for whether all the radiation in the winter and in the summer reaches the collector field in full.
The person skilled in the art can also readily understand that all other solar radiation between 10 ° and 60 ° lie, and that this then also on the collector field occur if this is already the case with the extreme Radiation is the case.
Furthermore, the skilled worker realizes that the Use of the low solar radiation in winter and in the transition times is.
The subject of the invention is not only usable in our latitudes, but also on the equator. There you will choose the angle α greater than 90 °, so that the solar radiation that is always incident at an angle of 90 ° is just thrown through the mirror surface 1 onto the absorber 2 of the collector field. You can do without the radiation very early in the morning and late in the evening at the equator, especially since the sun rises and sets very quickly there. In addition, the sun always shines at noon there at an angle of 90 ° and not only on a certain day.
Fig. 2 shows the plan view on a greatly reduced scale of the embodiment according to Fig. 1. It can be seen that the north wall with the support element 3 and the mirror surface 1 on the collector field to the left and east to the right over the edges of the collector field with the absorbers 2 is also extended. This makes it possible to also deflect the radiation from the morning and late evening, for example 10 ° or 30 °, as shown, onto the collector field.
These additional extensions to the east and west means additional effort. This is worth it however, due to the relatively small effort of.
Another possible solution would be to slide the support element 3 with the mirror surface 1 back and forth in the longitudinal direction of the collector array, mounted on rollers. However, the effort for the displaceability and for the shift itself are greater than the effort for the extensions to the east and west mentioned.
With 29 left and 24 right are the points of impact of the center radiation on the extensions mentioned. In Fig. 1, the point of impact is designated 22 .
The tube collectors, which are installed in the large system according to FIGS. 1 and 2 , are set with a certain angle of inclination within the collector field. It is known that the narrow absorbers arranged in the vacuum tubes strip are adjusted by rotating the tube in the desired inclination angle. In the course of the year it now happens that the reflection radiation through the mirror surface 1 according to the invention strike the tube collectors in the collector array exactly at the angle of inclination. In this case, the radiation between the absorber strips inside the tubes would partially pass between the absorber strips and would not reach them. In order to completely prevent this relatively rare event, the collector torfeld according to FIG. 1 with a mirror surface 29 a under. The effort for this is relatively very low, because, for example, mirror foils are very little complex. Since the solar radiation passing through between the absorber strips in the tubes is reflected by the mirror surface 29 a and then strikes the absorber with certainty. This is understandable to the person skilled in the art without being shown in the drawing.
With the mirror surface 1 in FIGS. 1 and 2, the possibilities of the invention are by no means exhausted. Rather, there is the possibility of attaching additional mirror surfaces on the left in the south and also in the east and west and in this case even laterally next to and below the collector field in such a way that the radiation is at least partially directed from the bottom to the collector field. The tube collectors show the part before that the radiation can penetrate into the tubes from all sides.
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is preferred because it does not require any additional floor space. Only for the supports 9, 10, 11 and possible further supports, a small area requirement on the floor is required, as can be seen in FIG. 1.
In addition, the illustrated embodiment has the advantage, as already mentioned, that all rays between 10 ° and 60 ° can hit the collector field fully if the angle α = 80 ° is selected, but this depends on the ratio h to b , such as already mentioned above.
Meanwhile, the further possibilities of arranging additional mirror surfaces mentioned are explained below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 shows the schematic side view of a small system. On the roof 21 , an absorber 2 is shown schematically, which can be inte grated in the roof 21 in a known manner. On the upper north edge, the mirror surface 1 with the support element 3 is again arranged at an angle α to the absorber 2 . In contrast to the previous embodiment, here the absorber 2 is arranged at an inclination angle of 45 ° to the horizontal, because the roof 21 has this inclination. For this reason, the angle α in this case must be much larger than in the previous case if the maximum 60 ° radiation is still to be deflected, as shown. As a result, only the 20 ° beam can be directed onto the absorber 2 as desired. All lower rays which are deflected by the mirror surface 1 no longer reach the absorber 2 , which is to be accepted here. The support element 3 is held by the horizontal support 12 and other parallel supports.
At the lower south edge there is now an additional mirror surface 17 with the support element 3 a arranged approximately horizontally at an angle β 1 to the roof 21 , which is held by the support 18 and possible further parallel supports. Here, the very low sun rays of only 10 ° and less, which strike at point 25 , can be deflected onto the absorber 2 . In contrast, the high solar radiation reaches beyond the point 25 of the mirror surface 17 of the absorber 2 here is no longer the 35 ° -Sonneneinstrahlung is a maximum of about still reach the absorber 2 via the mirror surface 17th
The two mirror surfaces 1 and 17 thus complement each other. The mirror surface 17 is more suitable for the low, the mirror surface 1 more for the high solar radiation. Both overlap very strongly, so that in the middle Be between 20 ° and 35 ° solar radiation, both mirror surfaces 1 and 17 are fully effective and can increase the performance of the absorber 2 by more than 100%.
Fig. 4 shows the schematic side view of a small thermal siphon system, which is arranged on the flat roof of a building. The absorber 2 is here at an inclination angle of approximately 45 ° through a frame with the supports 13, 14 . In addition, you can see the storage container 16 , which is partly held on the same and partly on additional supports 15 , as shown in the prior art. This therefore does not have to be explained further.
As shown in FIG. 3, two mirror surfaces 1, 17 are again arranged at an angle α on the northern upper edge and an angle β on the southern lower edge of the absorber 2 . While the angle α is chosen to be approximately as large as in FIG. 3, the angle β was chosen to be smaller here, specifically because of the support 18 at the southern end of the mirror surface 17, this is approximately at an angle of 15 ° to the horizontal flat roof. In this way, the 45 ° radiation, as shown, can be deflected onto the absorber 2 by the mirror surface 17 . Regarding Lich the mirror surface 1 , the conditions are the same as in Fig. 3rd
Now it may be desirable to change the angles a and β manually during the day, depending on the season, but also in midsummer. For this purpose, hinges 19, 20 are arranged between the mirror surface with the support element 3 a and the absorber 2 and between the latter and the mirror surface 1 with the support element 3 . This allows you to set the angle β larger and the angle α smaller than shown in the morning for example in midsummer by adjusting the supports 12 and removing the support 18 entirely. At midday in the summer, however, it is desirable to choose the angle b to be significantly smaller and α much larger, and in addition to that which is shown in FIG. 4. The same applies to different settings in summer and winter. As the sun's radiation is known to be low in winter, the angle β large and α small should be selected. This can remain so in autumn and spring, because then the high sun rays up to 60 ° occur without any.
Of course, the specialist for this summer win tereingungen Aretierungen for the support elements 3 and 3 a through the supports 12 and 18 provide so that the system withstands a possible stress due to a strong storm. Of course, this is particularly true for the upper support element 3 with the mirror surface 1 . However, this is less endangered by north winds because the storage container sometimes provides slipstream. The east and west winds are also harmless because they hit the narrow surfaces of the turbines. Only the south winds have to be absorbed by the supports 12 .
The same naturally also applies to the embodiment according to FIG. 3. The supports 12 are also able to take up the wind load of the south winds there, especially since the roof 21 causes a wind jam.
To adjust the supports 12 and 18 may also be useful to provide hinges between these supports and the support elements 3, 3 a .
The invention shows the advantage that it can be added later all known solar systems can be attached. Also when creating new plants is preferred, initially to install the conventional part of the system on what towards the support elements with the mirror surfaces to be brought. These can be prefabricated, but is the manufacturing so simple that it is also artisanal can be done. Due to the close proximity of the mirrors to the Collectors do not have to be precision work here deln.
On the other hand, the production of the support elements with the spikes gel areas so simple and inexpensive that all only make economic use of the available opportunities can.
This can perhaps be explained with reference to FIG. 4. If there is enough space on the flat roof according to FIG. 4, further mirrors, not shown, can be attached to the left of the mirror surface 17 on the flat roof. These could have a different steeper angle, but it should of course be ensured that there is no or no significant mutual shading even in low sunlight. This can be achieved, inter alia, by making the distance of the additional mirror surface from the mirror surface 17 somewhat larger. Then the angle γ between the additional mirror surface and the flat roof can be selected larger ge, so that the steeper solar radiation is deflected up to 60 ° on the collector 2 . Of course, you then have to put up with the fact that the low solar radiation does not reach the absorber 2 through this additional mirror surface.
As shown in Fig. 2 for the north mirror surface 1 , the south mirror surfaces 17 and possibly beyond can go beyond the eastern and western dimensions of the collector field, so that the radiation is caught and deflected in the morning and evening. For this purpose, the angle α can be chosen differently, because it is known that these rays are always low. For this purpose, the angle γ can also be chosen to be zero, as shown in FIG. 4. The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, rather the person skilled in the art can create further embodiments, not shown in the drawing, within the scope of the claims.
For example, there are large systems that are built very differently than that shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. For example, closed long rows of solar modules were placed on supports on the German North Sea island of Pellworm. Averted from the sun, a large number of further rows are arranged at the same height. This known arrangement is not favorable because it cannot be prevented that, particularly in winter and in the transition times, but also in the morning and in the evening, the solar modules shade one another. This cannot be completely prevented even by very large distances between the individual rows.
But also here the subject of the invention is as follows applicable:
The front row facing the sun receives the mirror surfaces 17 with the support elements 3 a on supports. The rearmost row of the collector field receives the mirror surfaces 1 with the support elements 3 according to FIGS. 3 and 4. For this purpose, the existing supports 14 can be extended upwards or new supports can also be arranged. A mirror arrangement is also possible for the rows in between, but the upper mirrors would shade the rows behind, which makes this impossible. In contrast, the lower mirror surfaces 17 would be shaded to a considerable extent by the rows in front of them.
In contrast, the known arrangement of the collectors vertically quite at a greater distance above one another has the advantage that the collectors can never shade each other. Here there is also the possibility of applying the subject of the invention to a much larger extent. You can namely in the space between the collectors lie the top mirror surfaces 1 with the support elements 3 at an angle slightly greater than 60 ° to Hori zontalen according to FIGS . 3 and 4 quite easily attach to each collector. Only the lower mirror surface 17 with the support element 3 a can only the bottom module row be arranged.
In these cases, there is no additional floor space requirement at all. Nevertheless, the surprising effect arises from the invention that, with only very little effort, because the frame already exists, a substantial line slope can be generated. In this case, the struts for the collectors or solar modules can be used to attach the support elements 3 . If there is no direct sunlight, that is, in cloudy weather, the collectors continue to work in the known manner. In addition, part of the scattered radiation is deflected in the desired manner, in particular by the approximately horizontally lying mirror surfaces 17 .
