Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for removal of vegetation on paved surfaces, slab paths or the like with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
It is known that grasses and weeds in the Spal joints and between paving stones or slabs can thrive quite well and especially from the edges of paved or covered surfaces in spread undesirably. The use of Herbi Ziden is sometimes possible, but it will be given of increasing environmental awareness limits. In addition, often withered plants remain Zen remains with an unsightly appearance. The use of Mowers or lawnmowers only bring one Partial success because the cutting tools have a certain one Must be at a distance from the ground and therefore the Vegetation is only cut off in the upper part. One too low distance creates contacts between the in space common knife-shaped cutting tools and that Stone existing underground and thus a destruction or at least undue wear and tear. An ent distant by hand may like in smaller private areas However, it is a lot for large areas too expensive.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a device in Specify the type in question so that it is machine drive paved or with slabs also laid areas of low growing vegetation bert. The subsurface should be protected The device is designed to cover vegetation in crevices or cracks distant. Inevitable wear should Functionality does not affect and the Er set of cutting tools should be simple and straightforward be adorned. The device should be simple and for attachment to municipal utility vehicles or the like, but on the other hand also as self dig moving or pushable device trained can be detected.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß mit den Merkmalen des kennzeichnenden Teils des Anspruchs 1.This object is achieved with the invention the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
The solution was based on the consideration that a cutting process in the real sense on stone or plate level is not possible and in columns least of all. The tines according to the invention lead therefore no cut out, but rather a scratch movement with a shearing or tearing process. Since the Tines are resilient, they can be larger Avoid bumps and obstacles. The Ver this reduces wear. Since the tines in stand essentially perpendicular to the underground automatic wear compensation takes place.
Claim 2 relates to a wear-resistant, resilient guidance and attachment of the tines.
Claim 3 is aimed at training two Adjacent tines as double tines, the one with a Screw is attached.
Claim 4 is directed to the common attachment several tines through a flange ring.
Claim 5 is aimed at further aids Fasten.

Claim 7 is directed to an arrangement of the tines on at least two circles.
Anspruch 8 bezieht sich auf Zinken aus Federstahldraht.Claim 8 relates to tines made of spring steel wire.
Anspruch 9 gibt einen günstigen Durchmesserbereich für den Federstahldraht an.Claim 9 gives a favorable diameter range for the spring steel wire.
Claim 10 relates to a certain Ver forming load on the device.
Based on the design shown in the figures Example, the invention is explained in more detail.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine mit Doppelzinken bestückte Scheibe. Fig. 1 shows a disc equipped with double tines.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen einzelnen Doppelzinken. Fig. 2 shows a single double tine.
Fig. 3 shows a partial section through the disc with a prong attached by a flange ring.
A disc 1 is attached to a frame or a vehicle, not shown, and coupled with a drive. On various circles are axially directed, the disk 1 penetrating Füh approximately 2 holes distributed over the entire circumference is arranged. The guide bores 2 are penetrated by steel wire tines 3 with a certain amount of play which enables sliding back and forth. At least in a short area above and below the guide holes 2 , the steel wire tines 3 are just ausgebil det. In their lower region they are curved in a direction pointing away from the center of the disc 1 , so that they stood at their ends 4 a maximum from the center of the disc 1 . Following the straight piece lying above the guide bore 2 , a steel wire tine 3 is deformed into a semicircle 5 , which merges into a further straight piece 6 , which in turn is bent parallel to the surface 7 of the disk 1 . The cranked end 8 is held by a flange ring 9 which is fastened, for example with the aid of screw connections, to the disk 1 and holds all the steel wire tines 3 lying on the same pitch circle. A good attachment results in the radial direction when the end of the steel wire Zin ken 3 is formed as a hook 10 which protrudes into a corresponding bore 11 in the disc 1 . Referring to FIG. 2 also double tines 12 may be provided, the individual legs 12 a and 12 b as well as the steel wire det ausgebil-teeth 3. The only difference lies Un that a Double prongs 12 at the junction 13 of the two legs 12 a and 12 b to a bay 14 or an eye is deformed. In this case too, fastening by means of a flange ring is possible, but a screw can also be inserted through the bay 14 , so that, if necessary, each double prong 12 can also be fastened individually using a washer. With such a fastening, there is also a radial definition. As material for the disk 1 , hard wood has proven to be suitable. Aluminum or another light material is also conceivable. It would also be possible to form the guide bores 2 in the form of wear-resistant bushings, so that the washer 1 itself is subject to virtually no wear. For the drive, the disk 1 could be flanged to a shaft provided with a flange, for example driven by an electric motor. However, drives using V-belts or toothed belts are also conceivable. A central drive has the advantage, however, that a closed protective cover can be attached, for example in the form of a plastic apron, which covers the larger part of the metal tines, but ends at a certain distance from the ground.
A drive speed of around 100 rpm is required to put the device into operation. The load is chosen so that by deforming the metal tines the distance between disc 1 and the base is reduced by about 5 mm to 10 mm. The metal tines then rest on the ground with a certain amount of pretension. This prestress is sufficient to remove plants growing in the height of the subsoil. As soon as a metal tine comes into the area of a joint or crack, it tries to resume its original shape and plunges into the joint or crack. Due to the shape of the metal tines, the resistance to lateral deformation is essentially dependent on the free length and the diameter. Due to the fact that the metal tines are guided with play in the guide bores 2 and the actual fastening point is located further inside, a deformation is also possible in the longitudinal direction, to a greater extent than if the metal tines would be directly and un slidably attached to the underside of the disc 1 .
The invention is not based on the illustrated embodiment Example limited. The metal tines can na Of course, it can also be attached to rollers or drums. Disks, however, have the advantage that always everyone Metal tines are engaged, which e.g. at a whale ze is not the case. In the case of a disc, due to the circular movement parallel to the underground different working directions while using a roller only one direction of work prevails. With the help of a The disc can therefore also cross to the main direction of motion joints are cleaned. It should be clear be that the expression "cleanse" is not in the absolute The meaning is to be understood as the device only covers the vegetation dissolves, but does not suction or turn away. But it is obvious, the device with a sweeper combine or in a second step one Use sweeper or the like. With Ver Search has also shown that vegetation can be removed from ash places, then in in a second step, raking out the plants leftovers should be done.
