Am quaderförmigen Aufsatz 27 ist ein Profilstab 29 als Stütze für einen über der Form 11 angeordneten pneumatischen Zylinder 30 angebracht. Dessen nach unten herausragende Kol­ benstange 31 trägt einen Kolben 32, der passend in die Bohrung 28 des Aufsatzes 27 einzugreifen vermag (strichpunktierte Linien in Fig. 1). Anschließend wird die Form geschlossen und mit den Schrauben 23 zusammengespannt. Mittels der Heizpatronen 34 erfolgt nun die Erwärmung der Form 11 auf Vulkanisationstemperatur. In die Boh­ rung 28 des Aufsatzes 27 der Form 11 wird eine abgemessene Menge Gummirohmasse eingebracht. Nun wird der Kolben 32 des Zylinders 31 in die Bohrung 28 gefahren und die Gummirohmasse in die Aus­ sparung 25 gepreßt. Der Preßdruck wird während der von der Gum­ miqualität abhängigen Dauer des Vulkanisationsvorganges aufrecht erhalten. Hierdurch wird eine Blasenbildung im Verbindungsstoß 24 der Gummiprofile 18, 19 verhindert und der Wärmeübergang auf die Gummirohmasse sowie die Gummiprofile verbessert. Nach ab­ geschlossenem Vulkanisationsvorgang wird die Wärmezufuhr beendet und die Form 11 geöffnet. Claims (3)

1. Vorrichtung (10) zum Herstellen heißvulkanisierter Ver­ bindungen von Gummiprofilen (18, 19) mit einer die Profile aufnehmenden Form (11), gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:
  • a) die Form (11) ist längs der Ausnehmungen (14, 15) für die Aufnahme der Gummiprofil-Endabschnitte (16, 17) geteilt,
  • b) die Formteile (21, 22) sind mit Spannmitteln (23) zusam­ mengehalten,
  • c) die Form (11) hat eine in den Bereich des Verbindungs­ stoßes (24) der Gummiprofile (18, 19) mündende Durchbre­ chung (26, 28),
