A prosthesis according to claim 2, characterized in that the end of the tension member ( 7 ) remote from the prosthesis is supported by a plate ( 14 ) on the femur ( 5 ) and the force transmission surface ( 13 ) between the tension member and the plate is spherical. 4. Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß am proximalen Schaftende ein in einen Knochen­ ausschnitt (16) eingreifender Vorsprung (15) vorgesehen ist.4.
