Patentanspruch: Verfahren zum abschnittsweisen Überwachen von Fernsehrundfunk-Übertragungsstrecken hinsichtlich der Übertragungseigenschaften für alphanumerisch codierte Datensignale (Teletextsignale), welche im Fernsehsignal enthalten sind, bei dem spezielle Prüfdatenblöcke am Beginn jedes Streckenabschnitts aus dem Fernsehsignal entfernt und ausgewertet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die speziellen Prüfdatenblöcke an einer verabredeten Stelle innerhalb einer ausgewählten Teletextseite oder als spezieller Teil einer vom Fernsehzuschauer nicht anwählbaren Kopfzeile einer Teletext-Sonderseite (»Dummy Haeder«) übertragen werden.
