Description
Hohlbaustein. Hollow brick. The invention relates to a hollow building block by Patent 338 204 known type, in which in addition to a number of down open cavities, at least one group around the stone is more open to the outside Cavities are provided which are adjacent to the corresponding cavities Stones form closed air cells. According to the main patent, they are to the outside open cavities thereby formed that horizontal ridges the stone in the height direction at least once, while vertical webs do the same in Divide the lengthways twice. There are at least six in this way cavities open to the outside. The center of each of the vertical bars is around a quarter away from the stone outer surface to make a proper bond in the masonry to obtain.
For some purposes it is desirable to use smaller stones with the same stone size To obtain air cells or even with larger stone dimensions over a certain cell size not to go out. In such cases, the stone is made in accordance with the present invention designed in such a way that it apart from at least one horizontal web in the height direction by three, four, five etc. vertical bars in the longitudinal direction is subdivided, whereby under otherwise identical conditions eight, ten, twelve etc. cavities open to the outside are obtained. Doing so need to achieve a right Wall bond the ..- tits of the outer vertical webs by a sixth, one eighth, one tenth, etc., of the stone length from the stone outer surface.
The object of the invention is illustrated in the drawing. This shows in: Fig. I a vertical section through a: masonry made of stones is made with three vertical bars.
Fig. 2 shows such a section of stones with four perpendicular ones Stegen. The stones to be used in turn have a number of stones upright air spaces a (Fig. 2) penetrating its length, which are formed by partition walls and closed at the top and on the sides, while they are open at the bottom. Between these air spaces a there is in turn a group or also several recesses that are open to the outside and surrounding the stone attached, the horizontal, penetrating the stone along its entire length Bridges c and through vertical ones that penetrate the stone in its entire height direction Earth webs d formed. According to Fig. I, three vertical webs are used that are arranged in such a way that the outer webs with their centers around one Sixths are removed from the stone outer surface, while the n-middle bar is the remaining room divided in half. There are four vertical bars on the stone according to Figure 2 Use, the outside lying, with their centers around an eighth of the stone length are removed from the stone outer surface; while the other two webs are in between Divide the room into three equal fields. In this way, the masonry becomes a regular Association obtained, with the air spaces formed by the webs, open to the outside together with the air spaces of the neighboring stones form closed air cells, because the vertical and also the horizontal bars abut each other.
Of course, the correct sequence could also be a subdivision of the stone take place through five, six etc. vertical bars, with the ones on the outside vertical webs corresponding to a tenth, twelfth, etc. with their centers of the stone outer surfaces should be removed.
Also the mutual arrangement of the groups can be from just down open cavities and the all around outwardly open cavities in any and modified appropriately.
