A second part (24) pivoted to the first hinges on a line transverse to the first elongate section. A cam (28) is provided for locking in place to secure the prong. The pivoting part is pref. fitted between the longitudinal ribs of the frame. A slot running longitudinally of the pivot is defined by resilient legs carrying the cam.
