Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf solche Maschinen, durch welche die rohen Deckel der Bücher, speciell die Albumdeckel, mit dem äufseren Ueberzug aus Papier, Leder, Plüsch, Sammet etc. versehen werden. Man nennt diese in der Buchbinderei vorkommende Operation, die gegenwärtig noch zum gröfsten Theil von Hand ausgeführt wird, das Cachiren der Deckel, und soll die vorliegende Construction dazu dienen,, diese Handarbeit durch die exactere Maschinenarbeit zu ersetzen.The present invention relates to such machines by which the raw Covers of the books, especially the album covers, with the outer cover of paper, leather, Plush, velvet etc. can be provided. Das Ankleben der überstehenden Theile des Ueberzuges an die Innenseite der Deckel b und b¹ erfolgt entweder mittelst Handarbeit oder einer anderen ähnlichen Vorrichtung.
