Description
Die bisher bekannten Seifenstücke mit Einlage wiesen unter anderem den Nachteil auf, daß die Einlage verhältnismäßig teuer und umständlich herzustellen ist. Zur Vermeidung dieses und anderer Nachteile wird gemäß der Erfindung die Einlage aus einer Platte gebildet, die mit Aufhängelöchern für das Seifenstück versehen ist, welches an der Stelle der Aufhängelöcher entsprechend ausgebuchtet ist. Auf diese Weise kann die plattenförmige Einlage gemäß der Erfindung einfach durch Stanzen hergestellt werden, wobei die bekannten zur Sicherung der Verbindung zwischen Einlage und Seife notwendigen Löcher zugleich in die Platte eingestanzt werden können.The previously known bars of soap with insert had the disadvantage, among other things, that the deposit is relatively expensive and cumbersome to manufacture. Als Einlagekörper für das Seifenstück δ dient eine flache Platte a, die aus irgendeinem widerstandsfähigen Stoff zugleich ' mit sämtlichen Löchern a1, a? ausgestanzt wird. Die Löcher ax dienen nach Umpressen der Seife δ um die Platte α in bekannter Weise dazu, eine innige Verbindung zwischen dem Seifenkörper und der Einlage zu erzielen, da sich beim Pressen des Seifenstückes die Seife auch mit in die' Löcher a1 hineinpreßt. Die Löcher a% werden als Aufhängelöcher für das Seifenstück benutzt, um zu verhindern, daß die Seife im Nassen liegt. Die Aufhängelöcher sind gemäß der Erfindung dadurch zugänglich gemacht, daß an ihrer Stelle das Seifenstück entsprechend eingebuchtet ist, wie dies beispielsweise bei δ1, Abb. i, angedeutet ist. Auch bieten diese Einbuchtungen rings um die Aufhängelöcher a2 den Vorteil, daß die Seife benutzt werden ' kann, ohne daß von dem Einlagestück α viel zu merken ist. Dieser Vorteil bleibt auch dann vorhanden, wenn die Seife längere Zeit im Gebrauch ist, zumal wenn sich durch diesen Gebrauch mehr die flachen Seiten abnutzen als die sie verbindenden Wölbungen des Seifenstückes.
