Abstract

The known newspaper printing inks have foul-smelling solvents for lacquers. In damp weather, they adhere to the hands. When the dye is washed out of the newspaper to reuse the paper, environmentally harmful effluent results in the sewer. The dye of the process according to the invention does not have these disadvantages. This dye is based on ethyl alcohol, which can be recovered without residue in the printing process or on washing out. The dye can be washed out of the newspaper very rapidly and easily using undenatured ethyl alcohol. The black dye is animal charcoal/activated charcoal and has a double function, because at the end it bleaches the residual shellac away completely. No grey haze and no dusting of the paper in the printing works results. The dye consists of a mixture of animal shellac, dewaxed, of high melting point, vegetable resin, hardened, of high melting point, beeswax of high melting point, olein from tallow ethyl alcohol, non-toxic and denatured, black animal charcoal/activated charcoal - very finely pulverised, which parts are mixed intimately with one another. By addition of food dyes, for example red or yellow, a wish for any desired colour can be met.

"Verfahren zur Herstellung einer ungiftigen, magen= freundlichen Zeitungsdruckfarbe""Process for the production of a non-toxic, stomach = friendly newspaper printing ink"

The known newspaper printing inks have the usual, foul-smelling solvents for paints. They stick with it damp weather on the hands. When washing the paint out of the newspaper for the purpose of recycling the Paper, environmentally harmful waste water is created in the sewer by solvents or chlorine gases that pollute the air clean chemicals like caustic soda or peroxide, yes

In the method according to the invention, the task is ge = manufactures an environmentally friendly newspaper printing ink = which does not have the disadvantages mentioned. The same is based on the basis of ethyl alcohol, which is used in Printing process or when washing out the printed newspaper is completely recovered, for the purpose of again = use. The paint is non-sticky in damp air or damp hands, so it is better suited. When recycling, the color can be easily washed out of the newspaper with non-denatured ethyl alcohol, the completely vacuumed during the printing process and used again and again later. The color dissolves quickly out and the added black charcoal absorbs any remaining pigment particles. The black one Color (charcoal) has a double function because it bleaches at the end the rest of the shellac completely gone. Biggest fiber = protection and no gray haze and no dusting of the pa = piers in the print shop. Therefore, multiple use of the newsprint is possible. The use of paint solution = Agents and chemicals such as caustic soda and peroxide are not required when recycling the newsprint, it occurs there is also no foam formation. The main feature is the use of absolutely non-toxic, stomach-friendly raw materials, such as animal shellac with a high melting point, non-sticky, vegetable har = zen with high melting point, non-sticky, beeswax with high melting point, non-sticky, olein from sebum, Ethyl alcohol (96% pure alcohol), black bones = coal.

With this color, used newsprint can be quickly and cleanly decolored and recycled as newspaper = printing paper.

A major advantage is that the print = te newsprint without hesitation on ruminants, as is common in some countries, e.g. in diirre areas, Africa, India, but can also be fed to us.

The printed newsprint is washed out with alcohol, which is recovered, so pure that it can be drunk. When the paper is washed out, nothing gets into the drainage channel, so no more environmental pollution. By using only non-toxic, stomach-friendly raw materials (newsprint is pure cellulose) like 1) animal shellac, dewaxed, with high enamel = point, not adhesive,

4) Olein aus Talg, Äthylalkohol= 96 %ig reiner Wein= geist, ungiftig und vergällt,4) olein from tallow, ethyl alcohol = 96% pure wine = spirit, non-toxic and denatured,

5) schwarzer Knochenkohle- Aktivkohle, feinst pulveri= siert,5) black bone charcoal activated charcoal, finely powdered,

ist eine Zeitungsdruckfarbe entstanden, die alle die be= schriebenen Vorteile aufweist.a newspaper printing ink was created, which all be = has the advantages described.

The color can be changed by adding food coloring e.g. red, yellow etc. are designed in such a way that they ge = meets the desired requirements.
