Description
Verfahren zur Wiedergewinnung der Nitriersäure bei der Herstellung von Salpetersäureestern oder Nitroverbindungen. In dem Patent 300758 findet die Wiedergewinnung der Nitriersäure bei der Herstellung von Schießbaumwolle in der Weise statt, daß man behufs Beseitigung der der Schießbaumwolle anhaftenden Nitriersäure in die zum Ausschleudern der Nitriersäure benutzte Zentrifugentrommel Schwefelsäure von einer solchen Konzentration einspritzt, daß ihr Wassergehalt etwa dem der Nitriersäure gleicht, um dadurch das Auftreten von Wärmetönungen beim Verdrängen der Nitriersäure zu vermeiden. Das Patent beschreibt nur die Wiedergewinnung der Nitriersäure in Verbindung mit Schießbaumwolle und ähnlichen Stoffen. Weitere Versuche haben ergeben, daß das analoge Verfahren auch für die Wiedergewinnung der Nitriersäure bei der Herstellung sämtlicher anderen festen Salpetersäureester von Zellulose und Zuckerarten sowie sämtlicher festen Nitroverbindungen von Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Naphthalin, Anthracen, Phenolen und deren Abkömmlingen, beispielsweise o-, m-, p-Nitrophenol, o-, m-, p-Dinitrobenzöl, Tetranitromethylanilin, Nitroxylol, p-Nitrotoluol, Dinitronaphthalin usw., anwendbar ist, und die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, das Verfahren des Patentes 300758 auf die Wiedergewinnung der Nitriersäure bei der Herstellung der oben aufgeführten Verbindungen auszudehnen.Process for the recovery of nitrating acid in the production of nitric acid esters or nitro compounds.
