Description

Verfahren zum Reservieren von Dampfoxydationsfarben. Durch Hauptpatent 337888 ist ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Reserveeffekten unter Dampfanilinschwarzgeschützt, darinbestehend, daß man dem Anilinschwaxzklotzbad ein geeignetes Chromsalz zusetzt und für die Bunt reserven Beizen oder durch Chrom fixierbare basische Farbstoffe verwendet. In dem Zusatzpatent 339098 wurde des weiteren beschrieben, daß eine große Zahl technisch wertvoller Effekte noch dadurch ermöglicht wird, daß man auch solche basische Farbstoffe in den Reserven mitverwendet, welche nicht durch Chrom, sondern durch Fer_rocyanzink fixiert werden: Es wurde nun die wertvolle Beobachtung gemacht, daß man das Verfahren nicht bloß für Anilin, sondern auch für andere oxydierbare aromatische Amine, Diamine und Aminophenole oder auch Mischungen dieser Stoffe mit Anilin verwenden kann. Das Verfahren wird durch folgendes Beispiel erläutert: Klotzbad: 25 g p-Phenylendiamin- oder o- oder m-Aminophenol- oder Dianisidin- usw: Base werden in 4o g Ameisensäure und 6oo g heißem Wasser gelöst; nach Abkühlen fügt man 25 9 Ferrocyankalium in 75 g Wasser, dann die Auflösung von 3o g chlorsaurem Natron in 40 g -Wasser, zum Schlusse 35 g Anilinsalz und 6o g essigsaures Chrom 2o' B6 zu und stellt mit Wasser auf i Liter.Method of reserving steam oxidation paints.
