Bei einem Vorhängeschlofs, das seiner Details construction nach vorzugsweise für Eisenbahn-Güterwagen sich eignet, ist die Decke des Schlosses ρ lose in einen Falz des Umschweifes eingelegt und wird am Umschweif dadurch befestigt, dafs eine an ihrer unteren Fläche drehbar befestigte Scheibe e (in Fig. 3 punktirt) unter drei am Umschweif angegossene Lappeno untergreift. Diese Scheibe wird durch den in Fig. 4 dargestellten Schlüssel gedreht, indem der Stift i am Bart desselben in den Schlitz k der Scheibe eingreift.
