Abstract

Accurately colour-matched, quality-oriented plastic covering for all customary metal parts in dental prostheses and dental braces decisively improves the aesthetic conditions as well as the physical, chemical and technical functional conditions. This combination of metal alloy and plastic utilises all advantages of the metal such as elasticity, strength and durability; on the other hand, dental abrasion, coating of the tongue and revelation of the function of the prosthesis are minimised. This novel system thus achieves the optimum qualities possible in this field of dental medicine.
