Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Verfahren nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs. Ein großer Teil der Kohlebürsten wird heute durch Pressen in einem Gesenk hergestellt. Dabei ist es am wirtschaftlichsten, wenn die Anschlußlitzen gleich mit eingepreßt werden. Hierzu wird ein gerades Litzenende in die Pulvermischung eingetaucht .und das Pulver dann verdichtet. Die Güte der Verankerung ist unter anderem abhängig von der verwendeten Kohlemischung und vom Querschnitt der Litze. Hochohmige Kohlebürsten sowie kleine Litzenquerschnitte ergeben große Übergangswiderstände. Diese wiederum reagieren empfindlich auf äußere und innere Einflüsse wie Oxidation infolge von Temperatur- und Klimawechsel sowie auf Erschütterung und auf den durchfließenden elektrischen Strom. Je höher der Anfangswiderstand, umso grosser ist die Gefahr einer stetigen Widerstands zunähme. Die Folge solcher Vorgänge ist ein Leistungsverlust sowie eine Aufheizung der Kontaktstelle durch den Strom. Eine Möglichkeit, diesem Problem beizukommen, ist die Verwendung von Litzen, die im Kontaktbereich versilbert sind. Solche Litzen sind jedoch teuer und stellen nicht unbedingt eine Lösung des aufgezeigten Problems dar.The invention is based on a method of the type of the main claim.
