Geschwindigkeits- und Drucksteuerung für Zweidruckturbinen. Zweidruckturbinen
Speed and pressure control for two-pressure turbines. Dual pressure turbines
with speed and pressure control, their auxiliary machines not directly with each other
are coupled are known. Influencing the speed control through
the pressure regulator takes place here by moving a control sleeve within the
Control valve of the auxiliary machine.
This arrangement has the disadvantage that a large speed difference
exists between. Idle with pure steam operation and full load on the turbine
with pure live steam. It is now desirable that these turbines operate individually
run completely isodrome. When operated in parallel with other prime movers, it is
moreover necessary that a small speed difference for the two-pressure turbine
is approved, so that the same mainly occurs during operation
Compensates for changes in load and thus utilizes all incoming exhaust steam. the
Arrangement has the further disadvantage that to control the exhaust valve a
certain pressure difference of the exhaust steam must be allowed. The present invention
should avoid all of these evils. It consists in the repatriations of the
Live steam and exhaust steam controls are provided with isodrome devices
and the pressure regulator is connected to the isodrome device of the exhaust steam control.
der beiden Steuerungen nicht miteinander gekuppelt wie bei der bekannten Anordnung;
The drawing shows a schematic representation of the invention. -The same consists of a live steam control and an exhaust steam control; both are influenced by a common centrifugal regulator R, but the auxiliary or force linkage of the two controls is not coupled to one another as in the known arrangement; each power piston can only move its own steam valve. F is the live steam valve, A is the exhaust valve, the associated power pistons are Kf and K "and the hydraulic control slide Sf and S". The latter two are operated by the common centrifugal regulator R. A hydraulic or mechanical isodrome device is located in the return linkage of the two controls. yes built in. The return stroke ha for the exhaust steam control is selected to be considerably smaller than that hp for the live steam control. The regulator linkage of the exhaust steam control is also influenced by a pressure regulator D, which is under the pressure of the incoming exhaust steam, namely piston d of the pressure regulator D is connected to one end of the isodrome spring e of the isodrome device yes , while the other end of the spring is at point b of the lever is mounted abc, to which the piston rod g engages the Isodromvorrichtung yes. In the fresh steam control, one end of the isodrome spring e is attached to a point P which is fixed in space.
Isodromvorrichtung Jf festgelegten Drehzahl entspricht.
Die Anordnung wirkt also
The mode of operation of the entire arrangement is as follows: Assume that the incoming amount of exhaust steam is sufficient for the current load on the turbine and that the live steam valve F is closed. The turbine runs at the speed set by the isodrome device lf. Whenever the steady state is disturbed, the exhaust steam control always responds first, because the return stroke of the same is set to be considerably smaller than that of the live steam control. If the pressure is relieved, the exhaust valve is closed somewhat, thereby increasing the pressure of the exhaust steam while the amount of exhaust steam remains the same, and piston d of pressure regulator D rises and pulls point b of the linkage up. Since the live steam valve is closed, the exhaust steam control alone is decisive and this temporarily allows a slightly higher speed, corresponding to the higher position of point b. This higher speed does not correspond to the speed set by the isodrome device Jf, and the power piston Kf receives a pressure similar to the closing of the main steam valve F; the latter remains closed, the entire load on the turbine is taken over by the exhaust steam, and any excess of incoming exhaust steam collects in the heat storage device. If the load is now higher, the exhaust valve is first opened a little more, while the live steam valve remains closed, until, as the load continues to rise, the now falling pressure of the incoming exhaust steam point b is brought back down into a position which corresponds to the speed set by the isodrome device Jf. If the load increases even more, the centrifugal regulator R now also opens the live steam valve. The more point b exceeds this position in the downward direction, the more the live steam valve is opened and the live steam is admitted. However, this immediately increases the pressure of the exhaust steam again, and point b is brought back into the limit position which corresponds to the speed of the turbine set by the isodrome device Jf. If the pressure is now released, the Abdairipfventil is initially closed somewhat, this increases the pressure of the exhaust steam and point b is moved upwards; however, this movement opens the exhaust valve again, and the speed must temporarily increase. As a result, the main steam valve is now closed more and more. The arrangement thus works together in such a way that in the steady state the speed is constant for all loads on the turbine and for all incoming amounts of exhaust steam; and that the pressure of the incoming exhaust steam is also constant as long as the amount of exhaust steam is not greater than necessary to load the turbine.
