Einrückvorgang geht in
- Leerseite - FRICTION CLUTCH MXT SPRING TENSION OF THE DIAPHRAGM SPRING B E S
The invention relates to a friction clutch consisting of a
Counter pressure plate, a clutch housing attached to this, one through a
Diaphragm spring in the direction of the counter pressure plate between the clutch housing and
Counterpressure plate clampable pressure plate, which is non-rotatable but axially displaceable
is attached to the housing, one rotatably arranged on a gear shaft and
Clutch disc that can be clamped between the counter pressure plate and pressure plate as well as
a clamping of the diaphragm spring on the clutch housing via a substantially circular
Supports to form a tilting circle, one of the supports having a resilient support force
exerts on the diaphragm spring, such a friction clutch is, for example, from
the DE-OS 1 450 201 known, According to this known patent application, it is proposed
a wire ring to represent the tilting circle between the diaphragm spring and the housing
to be arranged, which is axially corrugated and thus has axial spring properties,
There is also a wire ring on the opposite side of the diaphragm spring
provided, which supports the diaphragm against the heads of the spacer bolts
ensures, this wire ring is executed, the spring force of the wire ring
between the diaphragm spring and the housing is matched to the diaphragm spring that
this axially at least partially compressed in the engaged state of the clutch
This automatically creates a gap between the diaphragm spring and the wire ring
opposite the head of the spacer bolts,
It is the task of the present
Invention to create a diaphragm spring restraint on all components involved
ensures the lowest possible wear and tear in this area
This task avoids lift loss over the entire service life of the coupling
is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing part of the main claim, by arrangement
a resilient support force between the clutch housing and the diaphragm spring the greater
than the spring force of the diaphragm spring in the engaged state at this point,
it is possible to have the diaphragm spring free of play in all operating states that occur
on the support on the side opposite the clutch housing
the diaphragm spring is arranged to hold, This resilient support force also ensures
in the case of wear that cannot be completely suppressed for a permanent support of the
Diaphragm spring at this support point, this creates in the actuation path of the friction clutch
No lift loss, as there is no system change in the support area of the diaphragm spring
takes place, According to the dependent claim, it is advantageous to place the support between Menbranfeder
and housing by a wire ring, the several circumferentially distributed, axially formed
Has wave crests and valleys to form, the invention is then on hand
an AusfAhrungsbeispieles explained in more detail, It show in detail; Fig9 1 den
Longitudinal section through a pressure plate; Fig. 2 shows the somewhat enlarged representation of the
Side view of a wire ring, In Fig, 1 is the longitudinal section through a pressure plate
1 shown, this is usually on a flywheel, not shown
Internal combustion engine attached, which acts as a counter pressure plate, between these
Counter pressure plate and the pressure plate 3 is arranged a clutch disc which
non-rotatably but axially displaceable on a gear shaft
is.
In the clutch housing 2 a pressure plate 3 is non-rotatably but axially displaceable,
This arrangement takes place via tangential leaf springs 6, one end of which
Via rivets 8 on the pressure plate 3 and with their other ends on the clutch housing
2 are attached, the pressure plate 3 is by the spring preload of the diaphragm spring
4 axially loaded, namely - pointing away from the clutch housing 2 - in the direction of
the counter pressure plate, the membrane spring is supported on its outer circumference
the pressure plate 3 and on its middle circumference on the clutch housing 2, This
Support takes place concentrically to the axis of rotation of the pressure plate 1 in the area of several
spacer bolts 9 distributed on the circumference, these spacer bolts 9 are with the coupling housing
2 firmly connected and tension between the material of the coupling housing 2 and the
in the direction of the pressure plate 3 from standing heads 10, the diaphragm spring 4,
This clamping takes place once via a wire ring 12 between the diaphragm spring 4
and the heads 10 of the spacer bolts 9 and on the other hand via a wire ring 11 between
Clutch housing 2 and diaphragm spring 4, this wire ring 11 is in Fig, 2 in side view
reproduced again in a somewhat enlarged representation, it is in the axial direction
executed corrugated, with wave crests 3 and wave troughs 14 in the circumferential direction
alternate, Furthermore, the pressure plate 3 on this several are for safe Lüf device
leaf springs 7 distributed on the circumference are provided, which form the outer circumference of the membrane spring
4 keep in constant contact with the pressure plate 3, the function of the pressure plate
1 is as follows: To release the friction clutch, a not shown is used
Release system a force on the nachffiradially inwardly pointing spring tongues 5 of the
Diaphragm spring 4, which according to FIG, 1 is effective to the left, This is the
bearing force exerted on the wire ring li by the internal tension of the diaphragm spring 4
lifted and simultaneously by pivoting the spring tongues 5 to the left
This causes the outer circumference of the diaphragm spring 4 to pivot to the right
the pressure plate 3 is moved away from the counter pressure plate, in the area of the spacer bolts
9 takes place in this disengagement a change of system of the diaphragm spring 4 from the wire ring
11 in the direction of the wire ring 12, The
Engagement process goes in
reverse direction, due to manufacturing tolerances on the one hand
Side and by the requirement of a smooth movement of the membrane spring within
their clamping on the clutch housing 2 is usually a backlash-free clamping
the membrane spring between the two wire rings cannot be achieved. The related
Play is lost to the effective release path as a so-called lift loss, i.e. h., the
Release travel must be increased by this lift loss, in order to now on the one hand this
To avoid lift loss and, on the other hand, the necessary tolerances in production
of spacer bolts. and wire rings not to have to shred too much and still
to be able to maintain a smooth pivoting of the diaphragm spring
the wire ring 11 between the clutch housing 2 and the diaphragm spring 4 is axially corrugated
and installed under pretension, this pretension must be greater than the supporting force
which results from the internal tension of the diaphragm spring 4 when the clutch is engaged
and points in the direction of the wire ring 11, this ensures that
the diaphragm spring 4 is held in constant contact with the wire ring 12, namely in
all operating situations of the friction clutch.
that only a minimum of wear occurs at the mutual contact points
However, this can not affect the release path, since the wire ring 11 the
The diaphragm spring 4 always keeps in contact with the wire ring 12, the one between the diaphragm spring
4 and wire ring 12, which occurs after a long period of operation, has little wear
only to the extent that> the total of the pedal tongues 5 slightly over time
wander in the direction of the pressure plate 3, the release path itself
unaffected,
