Abstract

In a process for producing material of good sound and heat insulation properties from wastepaper and/or cardboard, the starting material is first processed in aqueous fibre form and, after further processing, shaped and dried. The wet fibre mass is then provided with emulsifiers and/or mechanically foamed and, after a deformation, its structure and form are stabilised by a preservative.

Description

Sound and thermal insulation properties from waste paper and / or cardboard " The invention relates to a method for producing material with high sound and thermal insulation properties of waste paper and / or cardboard, this starting material -first worked up in aqueous fiber form and shaped after further processing and is dried.

Such a method can be found in Japanese Patent No. 55-149183 remove. Here the starting material is fiberized wet by the usual method, whereby the cutting of the paper fibers should be largely avoided. The thus obtained aqueous fiber dispersion, inorganic vesicular materials such as perlite are used added. Obtained after dehydration and drying of the mixture thus obtained one made of felted paper fibers and vesicular minerals Masses that can be brought into a desired shape without the use of binders leaves. The mixture is injected into plate, cylinder or other shapes and dehydrated and dried therein, sound and heat insulating materials are obtained the desired shape. This material owns high sound and thermal insulation properties with low weight.

I The invention is based on the object, based on the initially explained process to produce a material with which the previously in the area materials used in packaging, as well as filling, insulating and insulating materials such as paper, cardboard, styrofoam, corrugated cardboard, glass wool, wood wool foams uOdergl. have it replaced. Because these materials are expensive to produce, mostly also freight-intensive and can be reused or reconditioned in a variety of ways mostly not to This object is achieved according to the invention in that the wet Fiber mass provided with emulsifiers and / or mechanically foamed and after a Preforming is stabilized in structure and shape with a preservative.

It can be useful if the processed fiber mass is dried under reduced pressure before it is stabilized.

After sorting, grinding and softening the raw material according to conventional methods, the homogeneous fiber mass is obtained when it is still wet with emulsifiers, e.g. provided with PVC-Scht or mechanically foamed. the Foamed masts are then portioned in preforms and depending on their further use dried in a vacuum chamber. Through the subsequent sudden pressure equalization sponge-like, light and soft flakes or the like are created by spraying of surface glue or the like. stabilized in the assumed structure and shape will. Through targeted control and pre-forming, different shapes can be created Manufacture with different degrees of hardness.

The molded part produced by the process according to the invention Papierfiocken9 Cardboard-Maschee-flakes, plates, walls, containers or the like are very light and elastic, depending on the process control, offer the packaging Good, safe protection and also have high insulation, sound and heat insulation properties.

In addition, the material obtained in this way can always be reused; it is almost dust-free and therefore very environmentally friendly.

To make the new material flame retardant, you can use the Molding compound fire retardants are added.
