There are three operations. In the first operation the material is cut, in the second it is loosened by tearing or flexing and in the third operation it is separated by centrifugation. The devices consist of a punch, feed rollers and a card from which the material is transferred via brush rollers to centrifuge rollers to separate the fleece-like material from the fabric cover layer material.
Description
The invention relates to a method for separating a fleece-like filler material from a fabric cover layer material according to the preamble of claim I. The invention also relates to a device to carry out this procedure.
B. bei festenIn the production of clothing, quilts and the like, there is a considerable amount of leftovers, where already the fleece-like filling material with the fabric cover layer ^ material z. B. by tight stitching connected is. But it is also possible that the different materials are only loosely on top of one another. There the fleece-like filler material is often very valuable, it is economically unreasonable to throw this away as production waste. So far, the different Materials separated by hand, which z. B. at fixed
B. Schafwolle, wirtschaftlich nicht mehr vertretbar wurde.ίο Quilting seams become very tedious and time-consuming could. But also with other connections the separation had to be done in order to recover the fleece-like Filling material by hand. Most of these activities were outsourced to home workers. Because of the cost pressure in this industry in particular, this particularly wage-intensive work led to that recovering from even high-quality, expensive Filler material such as B. sheep wool, was no longer economically justifiable.
In DE-OS 27 03 063 a method is described, in which the assembled cellulose and plastic parts after they have been cut up by simply vacuuming them separated from each other.
Hierbei wird der weitaus größte Teil der Rückgewinnung von Zellulose also durch einfaches Absaugen nach dem anfänglichen Zerschneidvorgang erzieltBy far the largest part of the cellulose is recovered by simply suctioning it off the initial cutting process achieved

For this purpose, a device is known from DE-OS 19 07 827, in which by using different knives Waste pieces are shredded. The object of this citation is to avoid that ribbon-shaped waste turke wrap around the transport rollers. This citation thus focuses on slicing from, while in the device according to the invention a tearing open via an advantageous card arrangement is achieved. Such a card arrangement is not described in the citation. It will in the processing of yarn waste pointed out that after the punching and cutting process a Clutter can be connected downstream. In a first operation, the filling material and the fabric cover layer material are comminuted by means of a punch 11 serving as a cutting device. The ideal size of the cut parts is 20x20 mm to 30 χ50 mm. In the embodiment, as a covering material is cotton jersey with an m 2 weight of 85-100 g and as a filler sheep wool with a 2 rn -Ge \ Vicht used between 300 and 800 g. The comminuted material is fed from the punch 11 to a second operation via a sliding plate 25. This cut material is drawn in between a pair of rollers 14, 15. However, as shown in the exemplary embodiment, a second pair of rollers 14 ', 15' can be arranged in series behind them. The speed of these pairs of rollers 14, 15 determines the hourly output of the system. The distance between the rollers 14, 15 must be so great that the material is pressed and held. The distance is usually between 0 and 10 mm. The surface of the rollers 14, 15 consists of sawtooth wire. In the exemplary embodiment, the pitch is 8 gears per inch, the height is 5.5 mm, the pitch is 7.5 mm and the chest angle is 30 degrees.
The roller pairs 14,15,14 ', 15' give the cut Cover layer and filler material to a transfer roller 16, which transfers the material to the card 12 of the second work process. A second transfer roller 16 can also be provided. the Transfer roller 16 has the task of transferring all of the material to the drum 17 of the card 12 and thereby equalize the material. The diameter of the transfer rollers 16 can be selected as desired will. In the example! the diameter is 213 mm, at a peripheral speed from 15 m per minute. The peripheral speed itself is variable and is 20 to 40% of the peripheral speed des Tair.bours 17. The surface of the transfer roller 16 consists of sawtooth wire, the as Morelk! raht is available in the trade and a slope of 10 threads per inch, a height of 4.7 mm, a pitch of 8.5 mm, a chest angle of 40 ° and 30 points per square inch.
The material is now delivered from the transfer roller 16 to the drum 17, the diameter of the spool 17 can be chosen arbitrarily. In the exemplary embodiment, this is 850 mm. the Circumferential speed is variable and is 50 m per minute in the t, o embodiment.
The surface of the drum 17 has sawtooth wire of the same nature as that of the transfer roller 16 on. Pairs of rollers 18, 19, 18 ', 19', 18 ", 19" are arranged around the drum 17. The number the roller pair is variable and depends on the material to be processed. Every WaI-zenDaar consists of a turner 18 and worker 19.
The roller pairs 18,19,18 ', 19% 18 ", 19" take over together with the tambour, the separation of the fabric cover layer material from the fleece-like filling material.
In the classic carding process, an attempt is made to equalize the fibers using a comb effect reach. In the present process, however, only a separation of the material from the filling is to be achieved. For this purpose, the surface wire of the worker 19, 19 ', 19 "and of the drum 17 must be in the point form (Morell wire with a flat tip (see Fig. 2)) and the density can be selected so that the filler material from the fabric cover layer material is separated by a flexing process.
The diameter of the worker 19,19 ', 19 "and Wenders 18,18 ', 18 "are arbitrary, whereby it should be noted that the turner 18, 18 ', 18 "is always smaller than the worker 19, 19 ', 19 ". The circumferential speed of the roller pairs 18, 19, 18', 19 ', 18", 19 "depends on the processed materials. These pairs of rollers take over the separation together with the drum 17 of the fabric cover sheet material from the non-woven-like filler material. The circumferential speed of the worker 19,19 ', 19 "and Wenders 18,18', 18" is also dependent of the materials to be processed. In the exemplary embodiment they are 19, IS ', 19 "for the worker 7.5 m per minute and for the tedder 18.18 ', 18 "15 m per Minute. The peripheral speed for workers 19, 19 ', 19 "should, however, always be between 10 and 30% the circumferential speed of the main cylinder 17, at the turner 18, 18 ', 18 ", however, 20 to 40% Worker 19, 19 ', 19 "is in the exemplary embodiment with sawtooth wire, which is commercially available as Morell wire. wrapped at a pitch of 10 threads per inch, a height of 4.19 mm, a pitch of 5.08 mm, a chest angle of 40 ° and 50 points per square inch. The turner 18, 18 ', 18 "has a surface of brushes. The density and hardness of these brushes is again depending on the material to be processed. The same is the distance between the rollers from the one to be processed Depending on the material, the following conditions exist in the exemplary embodiment:

After the material has been processed on the last pair of rollers 18 ″, 19 ″, this is done using a brush roller 26 removed from the drum 17 and transferred to a centrifuge roller 13 passed on. This centrifuging roller 13 enables the final separation of the filling material from the fabric top layer material. However, it can be connected behind the centrifuge roller 13 via an interposed Brush roller 20 a further centrifuging roller 21 are provided, the speed of rotation of which is greater is than that of the centrifuge roller 13.
