Description

Process for the production of a porous cement or, a porous, cementitious binder. The invention relates to a method 'for' Production of a porous cement or a porous cementitious binder and consists in adding an additive to the cement or cementitious binder of metal powders is added, which with the cement "alone - with ordinary Do not react to the temperature, but only when the temperature rises considerably, e.g. B. a Addition of zinc dust, and that also the cement or the cementitious binder small amounts of salts or bases that react strongly with it, such as Ca C12, Mg C12, Nag C03, KOH, Na OH, are added, which as a result of their strong influence -A considerable temperature increase on the binder during setting cause. As soon as the temperature increase occurs, the lime in the binder catches to react with the metal dust. As a result of the evolution of hydrogen that will Binder slowly interspersed with - hydrogen bubbles, causing an inflation the binder is brought about. Since the temperature increase is only a certain If time lasts, and then passes again, this temperature drop will correspond accordingly the gas development automatically switched off, so that the binder is now at rest can set. The consequence of this undisturbed setting is that it has a high level of strength of the binder is achieved. -This is the progress of the new procedure compared to the known mixing of cement and the like with hydrated lime and metal powder, this already with moderate warming, as it is with the normal setting of the cement occurs with the cement reacts.

For example, in the new process, the cement becomes z percent zinc dust mixed in and in the water used to make the cement z percent calcium chloride dissolved.

Depending on the intended use, aggregates such as sand, Pebbles, crushed stone or the like., Are added, and it can through the choice and the amount of aggregates, the strength, the density and the other properties of concrete. be changed. The concretes thus obtained have a low one Volume weight, are nailable, easy to saw and break through; conduct the sound and heat poor and are easy and cheap to manufacture.
