Abstract

1. Apparatus for supplying vehicles with liquid, in particular cryogenic, fuels, by means of an immersion pump assembly (17) which consists of a pump (34) and an electric motor (32) and which is arranged in a tubular housing (4) extending down to the bottom (5) of a feed container (1) and connected to the covering flange (9) which seals the housing, having a valve (22) at the lower end of the housing, which establishes connection with the feed container characterised in that the pump (34) of the immersion pump assembly (17), which together with the tubular housing (4), forms an annular channel (24) connecting the lower end to the upper end of the housing, is a displacement pump ; and that the connection between the covering flange (9) and the assembly consists of a pressure pipe (16) which passes through the covering flange and is welded thereto and connected to the pressure side of the assembly.
