Brief- und Broschürenlocher mit zwei Lochstempeln. Locher zum Lochen
von Briefen u. dgl. und solche zum Lochen von Broschüren u. dgl. an sich sind bekannt.
Ersterer ist mit zwei, letzterer mit einem Lochstempel ausgerüstet. Locher für Schriftstücke
werden aber meistens auch zum Lochen von Broschüren u. dgl. verwendet, eine Unsitte,
durch welche die meisten Locher nach kurzer Zeit unbrauchbar werden, da durch die
einseitige Beanspruchung die Lochstempel sich in ihren Führungen festklemmen und
durch den starken Druck mittels des Handgriffes letzterer sich verbiegt oder zerbricht

werden, sondern daß, mittels eines Drucksessels, durch Betätigung eines'Exzenters
bei einer Vierteldrehung desselben erst der eine, und bei einer halben Drehung auch
der zweite Lochstempel zur Wirkung gebracht wird. Bei einer Vierteldrehung desExzenters
arbeitet also immer nur einLochstempel und es kann so derLocher als Broschürenlocher,
ohne ihn zu beschädigen, verwendetwerden. Bei-einerhalbenDrehungdes Exzenters arbeiten
dagegen beide Lochstempel und es erfüllt in diesem Falle der Locher den Zweck eines
Brieflochers. Ein solcher Locher, der Brief- und Broschürenlocher in sich vereinigt,
ist einfach in der Gestaltung, im Gebrauch dauerhaft und in der Anschaffung billig.
