ununterbrochenen Ringfläche endet. .
sehen mit der Grundplatte fest durch Vernietung oder Verschraubung verbunden ist. ;
Gleiche Buchstaben bezeichnen in der i
von Fig. i.
In dem äußeren Zylindermantel a
. The spring is inserted after the two cylinder jackets have been pushed into one another and the projections e of the inner one have been bent out. Before that, the round plate g "with the centering block h is inserted, which has the segment projections i on its outer edge, which pass through the two slots of the jacket and ίο rest against the projections e of the inner jacket As a result of the recess in the inner tube towards the front. The hook bent out at this point in the exemplary embodiment can also be missing with regard to the abutment After the spring k has been introduced in the untensioned state, the buffer is screwed onto the buffer beam using the four fastening screws: and the spring is immediately pre-tensioned, provided that this has not already been done beforehand and the flange : see firmly with the base plate by riveting or Screw connection is connected. ; Fig. 2 gives the picture of a buffer with two! springs lying one behind the other, namely j Fig. 2 shows the longitudinal section and Fig. 2a j shows the cross section of the device. The structure is basically the same as that of 'Fig. I. In the drawing, the same letters denote the same parts as in FIG. 1. The springs are called k x and £ ■ ». The two feathers can be the same or different strengths! If the front spring is initially considered to be absent, then there is complete equality with the explanations of FIG. The assembly of the buffer is done in the same way, only when the cylinder jacket is pushed together for the first time, the inner one already contains its spring ^ 1 and the spring washer g ». This part, consisting of the inner cylinder jacket, the front spring and the associated spring washer, together with the buffer washer, is in turn assembled exactly as in the case of FIG. In the outer cylinder jacket a , the slots d are attached at the front end, in which the projections i 2 of the spring. 55 plate g 2 engage. The play of the buffer proceeds in such a way that initially the buffer disk and the inner cylinder jacket, in the event of an impact against the buffer, move back under tension of the spring k 2 until the projections i 2 of the front spring disk are against the bottom of the [slots d 2 of the outer cylinder jacket
' legen. From this moment on come with further repression of the inner one
,Zylindermantels beide Federn zur Wirkung, bis die Hubbegrenzungen aufsetzen., Cylinder jacket both springs to act until the stroke limiters touch down.
Fig. 3 is an embodiment, also with two springs of different
Power output works. In this case the rear spring is the weaker one, the front one
Spring the stronger. The same parts are in Fig. 3 with the same letters as in the
other designated. The play of the buffer is such that as long as the force of the
Surge below the final voltage of the small. ren, rear normal spring remains,
only this works. Only when the force of the impact exceeds this tension,
the stronger spring at the front works. The front spring therefore has an initial tension,
which is at least equal to the final tension of the rear one, but expediently much higher.
