Description
Die bisher bekannten Walzenschalter beruhen auf dem Prinzip, durch eine mit Vorsprangen versehene Schaltwalze eine Reihe von Federn zurückzubiegen und hierdurch zur Berührung mit entsprechenden festen Kontakten zu bringen. Um für derartige Schalter eine verhältnismäßig geringe Baulänge und einen ziemlich starken Kontaktdruck zu erhalten, hat man bereits vorgeschlagen, die An-Ordnung so zu treffen, daß durch die Schaltwalze ein in Richtung der Kontakte liegender Druck ausgeübt wird und die Achse der Schaltwalze mit den Kontakten in der gleichen Ebene liegt. Um bei einer derartigen Ausbildung eines Walzenschalters zu vermeiden, daß der von der Schaltwalze ausgeübte starke Druck die Kontakte ungünstig beeinflußt, wird gemäß der Erfindung ein federndes Zwischenglied, das vorzugsweise durch eine Umbiegung der Kontaktfeder oder ein federnd gelagertes Druckstück gebildet ist, zwischen der Schaitwalze und dem durch diese zu bewegenden Kontakt vorgesehen. Dadurch wird selbst bei Anwendung eines verhältnismäßig kräftigen Kontaktdruckes einer zu raschen Abnutzung der Kontakte vorgebeugt. Gleichzeitig wird der Vorgang der Kontaktgebung selbst in der Weise beeinflußt, daß ein zu unvermitteltes, stoßweises Auftreten des Kon-' taktdruckes verhindert ist.The previously known roller switches are based on the principle of one with protrusions provided shift drum to bend back a number of springs and thereby to contact with corresponding fixed contacts bring to.
