Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stegkettenförderer zum Transport von Schwelkoks, welcher im Bereich des Meisterganges unmittelbar unter den Koksofentüren angeordnet ist. Um die beim Öffnen der Türen austretenden Schwelgase zu unterdrücken, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß der Stegkettenförderer als Wassertrogförderer ausgebildet ist, wobei die einzelnen steg- und kettenführenden Tröge mit Gummielementen (2) verbunden sind und diese Gummielemente durch Überlappungen (3), die aus Stahl bestehen, gegen Verschleiß gesichert sind. Um eine dichte und flexible Lagerung des Stegkettenförderers zu erreichen ist es durch das vorerwähnte Gebrauchsmuster bekannt, einen Trog zu verwenden in einer Breite von etwa 500 mm, Höhe 200 bis 300 mm und Länge von etwa 3 bis 5 m. An den Stoßen ist jeweils ein Gummiring, vorzugsweise in Vollgummiart, eingesetzt, so daß an den Stoßen eine allseitig flexible und trotzdem wasserdichte Verbindung geschaffen ist. Damit die Stegketten nicht das Gummi verletzen, ist in Förderrichtung eine Stahlüberlappungszunge im Bereich des Liegenden vorhanden.
