Abstract

The invention relates to a composition for the defoliation of plants, in particular cotton plants, comprising synergistic mixtures of 1-phenyl-3-(1,2,3-thiadiazol)urea with 0,0-dimethyl O-(p-nitrophenyl) thiophosphate in ratios of 1 part by weight of 1-phenyl-3-(1,2,3-thiadiazol)urea per 0.2 to 1000 parts by weight of 0,0-dimethyl O-(p-nitrophenyl) thiophosphate.
