The present invention relates to a loading apparatus for loading and unloading containers or the like, by a large containers accessible on their sides.
For the transport of goods, especially by ship and rail, containers are used in increasing numbers in large numbers. It is therefore desirable to shorten the time required for loading and unloading the container as much as possible. Up to now, loading and unloading has usually been done with the help of a forklift, which has been repeatedly pushed into the container drives in and delivers goods until the container is full, or takes goods out of the container until the container is empty. The process is quite time consuming in both cases. Apparatuses have therefore also been proposed which have several horizontal forks or fingers that can be moved on the device have such a length that everything good for the container has space on them. The forks with the goods are then in theirs Inserted lengthways into the container. In order to unload the goods from the forks, however, it must be possible to unload the goods to be parked at a height that is slightly higher than the lowest adjustable height of the forks above the container floor. For this purpose, the bottom had to be provided with grooves or channels open at the top, into which the forks are inserted and by lowering them, the load can be placed on the upper edges of the gutters. Since the container floor has such gutters, In the unloading area for the container, which is often far away, an exactly identical device with gaffs for pushing in must also be used into the gutters and taking the load off the gutters

Only then can the load be unloaded will. The devices proposed so far, and in particular the fact that the container floor contain gutters must therefore have considerable disadvantages.
The present invention aims to provide a practical Use of advantageously functioning loading equipment with a very, high load-bearing capacity, the quick and agile loading or Unloading a container of the usual type with a smooth bottom allows, which makes the container easier to carry out and the loading equipment does not necessarily have to be present at the loading and unloading areas of the container, Instead, an ordinary forklift truck, for example, can load or unload the goods piece by piece at one of these places.
This object is achieved according to the present invention with the aid of a charging apparatus which is defined in the appended claims has the specified mark.
Seitlich der Hebebalken 5 trägt das Gerüst 2 Rollenbahnen 9.The charging apparatus 1 shown in Fig. 1-3, in practical use referred to as a container loader, consists of a support frame 2 with wheels 3 on rails 4. The support frame can, however can also be mounted wheelless and stationary. Six lifting beams 5 are attached so that they can be longitudinally displaced on the supporting structure 2, that they are simultaneously in a smooth-bottomed container 6 on a loading bridge 7, as in Fig. 1.2 by Dashed lines indicated, can be inserted. The lifting beam 5 are provided with wheels 8, which on the roll smooth container floor. On the side of the lifting beam 5, the frame carries 2 roller conveyors 9.
Fig. 4 is a cross section through a pair of lifting beams 5, which consist of a lower beam part 10 and an upper beam part are formed. Both beam parts extend along the entire longitudinal direction of the lifting beam 5. The upper beam part is connected in a suitable manner to the lower beam part 10 that it can only be raised and lowered to a limited extent, but not in Relation to the lower beam part is longitudinally displaceable. Between the beam parts 10, 11 there is a flexible hose 12, one end of which is closed and the other end is connected to a source of compressed air. Both ends of the hose 12 are anchored to a limited extent movably on the lower beam part, as shown in Fig. 6-8. The raising and lowering of the top Beam part 11 takes place by regulating the inflation of the hose 12 with compressed air.
Der untere Balkenteil 10 trägt außer-The lower beam part 10 has side flanges 13, the lower edge of which rests on support wheels IH and against each support wheel 14 a side flange 15 is guided. The support wheels 14 are rotatably mounted on horizontal axes, one of which, 16, is visible in Fig. 4. The lower beam part 10 also carries

Der niedrigste Peripheriteil dieser Laufräder 8 liegt etwas niedriger als die unterste Oberfläche der Seitenflansche 13 der unteren Balkenteile 10, und somit auch niedriger als der höchste Peripherieteil der Tragräder IU, gegen den die genannte Flanschfläche anliegt.the journal 17 distributed along its vertical sides along this with the running wheels 8 freely rotating on it lowest peripheral part of these wheels 8 is slightly lower than the lowermost surface of the side flanges 13 of the lower beam parts 10, and thus also lower than the highest peripheral part of the support wheels IU, against which said Flange face.
The axis 16 is supported by bearings 19 and is by means of Drive chains 20 are driven by motors 21, FIG. 3, which are suspended from the supporting frame 2. On the axis 16 is also a Sprocket 2 2 is attached under each lifting beam 5 and drives a chain as will be described below.
Freely rotating rollers 23 are mounted on the axis 16 and belong to the respective roller conveyor 9. The roller conveyors are provided Temporarily to carry pallets 24, which then with their feet 24 ' stand on the roller conveyors 9 when the upper beam part 11 of the lifting beam 5 has sunk down against the lower beam part 10 is.
Fig. 5 shows on a slightly enlarged scale than in Fig. 4 that Chain wheel 22 near the rear short side of the support frame 2 and a chain 25 which is placed around the chain wheel 22, as well another chain wheel 26, Fig. 6,7. near the opposite front short side of the shoring 2. The chain 25 is Anchored to the lower beam part 10 by means of chain holders 27, 28, of which the holder 27 is adjustable. the Chains run in open-top grooves 29, 30, preferably with a floor lining.
The upper beam part 11 of each lifting beam 5 is in a recess provided in its top near the rear end with a vertically pivotable H ilteanschlag 31, the stop surface 3 2 to the center parry of the lifting beam, i.e. to the front, is turned. The holding mschlag 31 has a part 31 'which rests against the flexible hose 2, wherein when the hose 12,

6 and 7 there is essentially only part of a lifting beam the front end thereof, i.e. the end opposite the lifting beam end shown in FIG. At this end, too, the upper beam part 11 has a vertically pivotable stop hook in a recess in its upper side 34, the hook tip 35 of which with its stop surface towards the middle of the lifting beam, i.e. turned backwards is. A substantial portion of the length of the stop hook 34 is immediately above the flexible hose

In ■ Fig. 6 und 7 befindet sich der ganze Apparat nahe einer Ladebrücke 7, die einen nur teilweise gezeigten Container 6 mit glattem Boden 6' trägt.12 and has on the underside of its front part next to the hook tip 35 a support arm 36 with a roller 37 which 6 is shown resting on a support plate 38 which is supported by the support frame 2. By means of the latter Parts 36-38, the hook point 35 is held soaring above the top of the upper beam portion 11 when the lifting beam assumes the position shown in FIG. 6 on the supporting structure 2. In ■ 6 and 7, the entire apparatus is located near a loading bridge 7, which has a container 6, which is only partially shown smooth bottom 6 '.
In Fig. 6 the lifting beam 5 is at some distance from the container 6, but in Fig. 7 the lifting beam 5 is one Shown pushed a short distance onto the container floor 6 ', and the flexible hose 12 is inflated and has the upper one Beam part 11 lifted a short distance from the lower beam part 10, as indicated by solid lines.

The remaining details shown in Figs. 6 and 7, those in previous Figures have their counterparts have the same designations as in the previous figures.
It will provided that the goods are preferably on so-called Europe pallets with the certain dimensions 1200 χ 800 mm and with certain Tolerances and is of good quality with no skewness, protruding nails, splinters etc. collected. It will also provided that the goods have a volume adapted to the internal volume of the container. The lifting beam 5 with essentially collapsed hoses 12, so that both the upper beam parts 11 and their holding stops 31, 3 2 and stop hooks 34,35 are in the lowered position, are pushed under the pallets. Then the hoses 12 Compressed air is supplied which causes the upper beam parts 11 to be raised and lift the pallets with the load. At the same time, the holding stops 31, 32, FIG. 5, and the stop hooks 34, 35, FIG. 7, are increased (solid lines), in order to hold the load so that the lifting beam with its load without danger to it by means of the chains 25 over the supporting structure 2 of the apparatus can be retracted, the rollers 37 of the Ansehlaghf.ken 34,35, Fig. 6, from the support plates

Fig. 3 besteht. Last.38 are supported when the upper beam parts 11 are lowered so that the pallets on the rollers 2 3 of the roller conveyors 9 stand, as Fig. 4 shows. The loading apparatus is then driven on the rails 4 to the loading quay 7 with the container 6. The container is set up so that it is precisely set up in relation to the loading apparatus with its lifting beam. if the upper beam part of the lifting beam is in the lowered position, compressed air is supplied to the hoses 12. the upper beam parts and their holding stops and stop hooks are increased to hold the load, e.g. from fifteen loaded European pallets, each three wide, with good 18 as shown in FIG. The inside width of the container between the long sides must therefore be at least 2445 mm. The sides must be parallel and the bottom made of smooth sheet metal exist. The sprockets 22 are started and the lifting beams with the load are advanced by means of the chains 25 moves, with the support wheels 14,15 of the support frame 2 carry and guide the lifting beam. When the front end of the lifting beam Once inside the container, the running wheels 8 begin to roll against the container floor 6 'and carry the from the supporting structure of the apparatus protruding part of the lifting beam with the load.
When the whole load is introduced into the container 6, the air pressure in the hoses is lowered. This also sinks the upper beam parts 11 and their holding stops 31,32 and the stop hooks 34,35, and the pallets are on the container floor switched off. Then the lifting beams are removed from the container and onto the supporting structure by means of the chains 2 5 2 withdrawn.
DiesIt is also possible to attach the load piece by piece to the lifting beam when it has been pulled back completely over the supporting structure 2 are. The pallets with the goods are introduced at the rear end of the lifting beam 5, on the left in FIG. 2, and are placed on the roller conveyors 9, as FIG. 4 shows, put down. The upper beam parts 11 of the lifting beams are, as Fig. 4 shows, lowered, since the flexible hoses 12 do not exert any compressive force. this

Danach kann das vorerwähnte Hineinschieben der Lsst in den Container geschehen.also means that the holding stops 31, Fig. 5, are in their lower position. The pallets with goods are placed on the Roller conveyors 9 moved forward until the folded-up stop hook 34,35 at the front end of the lifting beam prevent further forward movement. When loading is completed, the hoses 12 compressed air is supplied. The ■ Hoses expand so that the upper beam parts 11 increased, and the stop hooks 34,35 at the front end of the Beams are preferably additionally raised, and for their elevated position no longer from the support of the Support plate 38, Fig._6,7, are dependent. The extended ones Hoses 12 also raise the holding stops 31,32 at the rear end of the lifting beam, and the pallets with the goods are against Forward or backward movement on the lifting beam 5 secured. At the same time, they no longer reach down to the roller conveyors 9. Then the above-mentioned pushing in can be carried out the lets happen in the container.
If a loaded container is to be unloaded, the flexible hoses 12 f-o must have collapsed that the upper Beam part 11 rests on the lower beam part 10. As soon as the lifting beams have been moved forward so that the roller 37 has left the support plate 38, FIG. 6, the stop hook 34 becomes the position indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 7 lowered, in which the hook tip 35 no longer protrudes above the upper beam part. The lifting beams are then in the container pushed under the pallets, and by raising the upper beam parts as well as their holding stops and stop hooks the pallets are lifted from the container floor and the entire load is transported to the shoring 2. The container loader is then taken e.g. to a receiving lane, where the entire load is placed at once.
Der Apparat gemäß der Erfindung weist inbesondere die Vorteile auf, daß ein Container einen gewöhnlichen glatten Boden haben, und der ganze Container iuf einmal mit dem Ladeapparat gemäßIn particular, the apparatus according to the invention has the advantages make sure that one container has an ordinary smooth bottom, and the whole container once with the loading apparatus
Außerdem besteht der Ladeapparat aus an und für sich gewöhnlichen Maschinenteilen, so daß er relativ leicht herzustellen ist.the invention can be loaded or unloaded, and that furthermore each lower beam part of the lifting beam and of carrying wheels is carried with a fixed position on the shoring as well as by means of the lower beam part on the vertical sides attached wheels ν can be worn to roll against the container floor. As a result, the lifting beams need neither high nor particularly strong in the vertical direction to be able to carry loads of considerable weight, e.g. around 10,000 kg. Fetching the entire load for a container, the transfer and delivery into the container can also be done relatively quickly, e.g. within 4-5 Minutes. In addition, the loading apparatus consists of machine parts that are ordinary in and of itself, so that it is relatively is easy to manufacture.
The invention is not based on the described and in the drawings The embodiment shown is restricted to view, but can be modified within its scope. the The number of lifting beams, for example, can be different, and the individual parts can have a different design. The leadership of the Instead of the flanges on the carrying wheels, the lifting beam can consist of sliding surfaces, rollers and the like.
