Änderung des Kondensators bzw. Variometers empfangen werden kann. Die Anordnung kann selbstverständlich auch derart ausgeführt werden, daß das periodische Pendeln des beweglichen Systems um einen bestimmten Wert herum durch ein aufziehbares Laufwerk erfolgt. Die Feststellung des Kondensators bzw. Variometers auf einen gewünschten Wert wird durch eine am Apparat vorgesehene 3S Feststellvorrichtung bzw. Klemmvorrichtung oder eine Feststellvorrichtung am Laufwerk vorgenommen. Außerdem kann die Abstimm einrichtung mit begrenzenden Anschlägen versehen sein, die verstellbar sind und den Bereich -des pendelnden Kondensators bzw.
