Geschützrohre wurden bisher zumeist in den Drehzapfen gestützt, und wo Lagerung
und Stütze an das untere Ende des Geschützrohres verlegt war, war es unmöglich, das
Rohr weder nach vorwärts noch nach rückwärts in eine horizontale Lage zu bringen.
Dadurch war der Ladevorgang erschwert und ein verhältnismäßig großer Aufstellungsraum erforderlich. Die vorliegende Geschütz-

oder Unterstandes eingebaut werden kann, kann auch der notwendige Aufstellungsraum kleiner dimensioniert werden. Ebenso
ist'das Rohr nicht, wie allgemein üblich, in
den Drehzapfen A gestützt, sondern an seinem tiefsten Punkte B. Es ist zwar bekannt,
Lagerung und Stütze am unteren Ende des Rohre® vorzunehmen, aber diese Konstruktion
ermöglicht es nicht, das Rohr in die wagerechte Lage zu bringen, was hier nach vor-und rückwärts ungehindert vorgenommen
werden kann. Um die Seitenteile der Oberlafette, welche die Lagerstellen für die
Drehzapfen A aufnehmen, von dem beim Abschuß auftretenden Druck zu entlasten und
an die Stützpunkte B am unteren Ende des Rohres weiterzuführen, sind die Seitenteile C
federnd ausgebildet. Die Drehzapfen A haben deshalb nur sekundäre .Bedeutung, weil sie
nur das Gewicht des Rohres und des Geschosses zu tragen haben. Ebenso wird die.Oberlafette
in ihren seitlichen Stützwänden C beim Schuß nicht beansprucht und erfordert nur
leichte Konstruktionsteile. Die Festklemmung D für die Höhenstellung des Rohres
ist derart gewählt, daß durch dieselbe das Rohr auf seinen Stützpunkt B aufgepreßt
wird, und da diese Festklemmung in jeder für das Schießen in Betracht kommenden
Lage stets unmittelbar an der Stützfläche geschieht, wird auch eine feste Verbindung mit
