Bei der Anwendung von Anordnungen nach Patent 272748 wird bei der Verwendung von sehr großen Gleichstromwerten der die Wechselstromwicklung tragende Schenkel schon voll gesättigt, bevor der zu messende Gleichstrom seine normale Höhe erreicht hat. Infolgedessen kommt es vor, daß bereits vor Erreichen der voll zu messenden Stromstärke der Ausschlag am Meßinstrument das Ende der Skala erreicht hat. Dieser Fehler läßt sich zwar so beheben, daß man die Meßdrosselspule mit sehr großen Eisenmengen versieht. Aber das Meßverfahren wird dadurch ungünstig beeinflußt. Um nun mit geringen Eisenmengen auskommen zu können, wird zunächst zu den die Wicklung tragenden Schenkeln der Meßdrosselspule ein magnetischer Nebenschluß gelegt. Hierdurch wird bewirkt, daß sich das vom Gleichstrom erzeugte Kraft· feld zum erheblichen Teil durch den magnetischen Nebenschluß schließt und nur ein Teil der Einwirkungen des Gleichstromes für den die Wechselstrom wicklung tragenden Schenkel der Meßdrosselspule in Betracht kommt. Da auch bei diesem Verfahren die Sättigung noch zu groß werden kann, mindert man gemäß der Erfindung unter gleichzeitiger Benutzung des soeben erwähnten magnetischen Nebenschlusses die Wirkung des Gleichstromes noch · weiter herunter, indem man in dem die Gleichstromwicklung tragenden Schenkel einen Luftspalt anwendet., Die Anordnung ist aus der Zeichnung Zu ersehen. Die Schenkel a der Meßdrösselspule tragen die Gleichstromwicklung b. Auf den Schenkeln c liegen die Wechselstromwicklungen d. Als magnetischer Nebenschluß sind Zwischenjoche e angebracht.
